I had to cancel my trip to the UK because I was evacuated from my town in British Columbia due to a wildfire. They immediately gave me a refund. I booked again today and they were so efficient in arranging another car. Thankyou Halo cars!

Once again, a very smooth experience starting with the booking to the arrival on time of the taxis. Once again the drivers were courteous and attentive and made the whole experience stress free.

I used HALO Cars in April 2026 and I was booked to use them again in early June. Unfortunately due to an accident I had to cancel my trip and my booking with HALO Cars. There was no problem with cancellation or the refund. I will be using them in the future when I am back to full health and on my travels once again. Thank you HALO Cars 👍

Halo Cars provided outstanding service on my recent journey with driver Gurwinder Singh. He was punctual, courteous, and exceptionally professional from the first moment. Gurwinder made sure I was completely comfortable and handled everything with care, and it was a very pleasant journey indeed. The car was spotless and well-maintained, and his calm, confident driving style made the trip thoroughly relaxing. I felt safe and well looked after the entire time. You really couldn’t ask for more! Excellent service – I will definitely be using Halo Cars again. Highly recommended!

I recently booked a return trip from Heathrow to Herefordshire for family visiting from abroad.
The Halo booking team were very helpful in guiding me on what time to collect the passengers for the return trip, to make sure they got back to Heathrow on time for their flight. I also appreciated their attention to detail during the booking process in terms of the number of passengers, and size and number of cases that needed to be loaded into the vehicle.
The driver Abdullah was a pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly and efficient. He arrived on time for both trips, and offered comfort breaks due to the length of the journey. He drove very well and allowed the passengers to just relax in the car without interruption which was very much . appreciated after a lengthy flight. The car was clean and well maintained, allowing for very comfortable and stress-free journeys.
I would not hesitate to recommend Halo cars to anyone needing transportation.
