Kettle started leaking after 4 months! Unfit for purpose...

I bought matching kettle and toaster not happy with the toaster it only toasts on side no matter what setting it is on. I have to cancel and turn the toast around

Hello. We bought a Hamilton Beach filter coffee machine at our local store. Admittedly it was in a sale and didn't cost above £20 or so but, after what must have been five or six uses, the glass jug cracked, making it worthless.
I was advised to take it back to the store, which I did. Unfortunately they wouldn't replace it.
As I was unable to purchase a replacement jug, I reluctantly binned the whole thing. 🙄
I have dated this "23.1.25" but this may be a few days out. Sorry

After three months, the four screws which attach the handle to the tray came off ending up inside the food.

Good product - Rediffusion cordless vacuum - supplied through Amazon, developed a fault so needed to be returned under warranty. The Amazon return system did not suit that situation but the ladies at Hamiltonbeach - notably Theresa - were incredibly helpfull, cannot commend them enough.

I bought a Hamilton beach steam generator iron it's not working it's not giving steam I only got it a few days ago I opened it yesterday to use it's not letting steam out of the iron I'm ring the number but no one is answering the phone I think I been robbed this company selling broken products it's not fair 😡 I been ringing since 9 am no reply I've emailed them.to no reply

I’ve been trying to contact the company to make a claim about my waffle maker, which literally exploded in the electric socket while in use. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any replies to my emails, and no one answers when I call the UK phone number provided. Very disappointed with the lack of response and customer service.

Very disappointed that there was no recipe book. Machine looks very good, have to buy a recipe book before trying.

Purchased white Hamilton Beach microwave, which, unbelievably, came with black lead and plug, thus defeating the object of having a white appliance.
You couldn't make it up.

Have had a courteous reply from Hamilton Beach, who are looking into this. This is much appreciated. I will continue to update on pregress, but initally impressed with the response.

received delivery bought from debenhams , just arrived home and opened the box and the handle on microwave is broken so i need a replacement

Looks Good , I felt caps should show directions to open.. Quite difficult.. Over all thumbs up

Love the product. Best waffle maker I've owned in the UK having had disappointing results from another non-USA brand waffle maker.
HOWEVER, apart from the cardboard box it came in, none of the packaging is recyclable ♻️. Even the distributor used a black plastic bag that can't be recycled!
This is extremely disappointing 😞 Come on HB, get with it and ensure you're not adding to the plastic problem! Polystyrene packaging is not acceptable! There are paper products that are fit for purpose...come on, please!

I ordered a food processor in the January sales - it was delivered within a couple of days. I'm very happy with the product - it's perfect for my purposes, just the right size - and at a fantastic price too!

We purchased the Hamilton Beach 4.2 litre air fryer, and it's brilliant. Great food at a great price😁
