We were in Spain in October and developed a taste for their magnificent Serrano and Iberico hams. A quick google and I discovered Hamlover's.com in time to put packages of ham slices in everyone's Christmas stocking (well, not the grandkids!). The selection was great and delivery was quick.

I had very good service from Josh in December. He was courteous and effective, and got me by book and knife before Christmas. He even gave me a recommendation of a jamon facility to visit in Spain. All in all, you did a great job.

Easy to place the order, excellent customer service and the "5 Jotas" was great.

We loved our jamon from Hamlovers. It was exactly as advertised and it had the best price too. The CD they sent was very helpful as we never had a whole jamon before.
Also, the package arrived within a few days from ordering it and the costumer service person that we contacted because we had some concerns about the ham they sent (that was before receiving it) was very nice, prompt (answer our e-mail within a few hours), and helpful, and assured us that everything was OK, which it was, indeed, we saw that when the ham arrived.

Will order another one for next holiday season.

Hamlovers.com is a excellent resource for one of my favorite hams: Iberico. I've shopped here a few times and will continue to do so.

I have ordered from HamLovers.com several times now. Each time I received superior service and products throughout the entire ordering process. Their site is top-notch and loaded with information...even a novice like me felt confident that I was ordering the right stuff. Furthermore, there is a price point for everyone. If you only want to sample something, just get a variety pack or a couple of the small packages before you make a bigger purchase - they thought of everything!

When dealing with "JoshandGuy" you have the feeling they really care about you being satisfied and never fall short on the Details". When following up an order with a question they get back to you very quickly and with knowledge to be helpfu.

My last order of ham was a lot of fat, for everyone not recommend Paleta iberica by Fermin (small ham the front leg)

The item I ordered came promptly. It is just as descirbed. I am very happy with the purchase. Price and quality was good. I woulld not hesitate to make a purchase from Hamlovers again. I would be happy recommending them to my friends and anyone.

Ordered a full boneless Fermin Jamon Iberico. Arrived on the date promised in great condition. Very happy with the service and product. Will use this company again.

First time I order from them, very easy to order, I placed the order in December, so it took longer to arrive, however I receive a tracking number so I knew when it will arrive.The only reason is not 5 stars, is that the packages of the ham were smaller than other stores, i know it says there in very small letters the weight, it should be a bit bigger so customers know you are recieving less product. Other than that excellent and I will buy again!

I ordered a serrano ham as a gift for a friend.. it is incredible and they loved it!! it was very impressive... the guys at hamlovers were very helpful on the phone! the ham was TOP quality... lean and DELICIOUS!!! great company!!

The shipment came quicker than expected. I got some of the Iberico sample packs for my brother-in-law for a Christmas gift. He said it was right up there with the stuff fresh of the leg in Spain.

Hamlovers.com delivered a delicious Iberian Ham as promised. I gave it to my brother for his birthday and he loved it.

Used Hamlovers.com for the first time at Christmas 2012 to order a Cinco Jotas product. When the product finally arrived, it was superlative. There was a shipping problem so the ham did not arrive on time, which frankly was out of Hamlovers' control. When notified they did their best to resolve the problem and provided a prompt refund of shipping costs and a compensating discount as well. We will definitely use Hamlovers.com again when we are ready to try another delicious Jamon Iberico!

We had a fabulous experience with hamlovers.com. The products were wonderful and a huge hit with all our friends. We are still enjoying delicious jamon serrano and I will be placing additional orders with regular occurrence!
