Did not realise I had to sign for the package, which was inconvenient. Hamper box is slightly damaged with torn joints. Most of the items are a smaller than I expected. Can't comment on quality... Toon meer

From America with Love

I ordered two hampers for friends in the UK. As I am in the US, I initially attempted to order similar gifts from Amazon from here. In many instances, after going through the entire ordering process, I was advised that the company in question could not send items to the UK. This was in spite of my search parameters clearly was for "Gifts to send to the UK." It was very frustrating.

After a quick Google search, I discovered Hampers.com. The variety of price points and hamper contents was quite nice.

Delivery was on time and accurate. My friends were very happy with their gifts. They sent me photos and I was pleased how nicely they were packaged. The presentation was superb.

Very good value for the items, presentation, and delivery. Next time, I will check out Hampers.com first!

hamper not been delivered…

My hamper has not been delivered even though it stated delivery was 2 working days and Can’t get the tracking information. Delivery also charged at £10 even if though it systems free uk delivery.

One star is too much

One star is too much, but I can't leave zero stars, ordered 2 hampers, one got delivered, despite numerous chase ups and 3 alleged replacements, nothing was received and my order was cancelled. Avoid this company at all costs

Disappointing- terrible value for money

I was really disappointed with this product. Firstly one of the items was not the one advertised (with no warning) and had been replaced with a much smaller product. All of the products were actually smaller than the marketing pictures made them look and the box was more than half-filled with ‘straw’. Honestly, opening that big box and seeing the tiny layer of goods on top of the straw was a shock. I could have put the same goods in a box together for about half the price; for £40 this was terrible value for money.

We use wood wool to protect items during transit and select good-quality, artisan products for our hampers, but I appreciate that this didn’t come across as good value for you on this occasion. I ordered 3 hampers but only received 2 of them. A week later after multiple communications i have received the third hamper i paid for. They also assure me tgey are sending an extra hamper as compebsation to me it appears this should arrive tomorrow.

Normally get a decent service from this…

Normally get a decent service from this company. This year has been pretty lousy. Having spent a fair bit on hampers when it came to applying the discount code it just wouldn't work. Was told by the company, I needed to clear my shopping basket first and apply the code before filling the basket. As one doesn't know what the total will be, and the code varies depending on your total this is just madness. Not coming back to this company next year

Since i submitted the above review with a one star rating, the company has been in touch and have done a great job rectifying the situation. They have assured me that they will ensure that this will not affect other users of the website. They have also reinstated the discount that they had promised and have ensured the hampers I had ordered were delivered promptly.
So I must say well done to the staff who have taken on board the comments and chosen to do the right thing. I am grateful for their fulsome and excellent response.

I have used Hampers as Christmas gifts…

I have used Hampers as Christmas gifts for many years but this year I decided to use your Hampers.com .. I must say that your hampers are everything I asked for .. but above all the service I received was above expectations. When I first emailed I was dealt with by Mohamed.. the response was immediate.. as one of my hampers was lost he quickly resolved the issue and I received the replacement the following day!

I won’t be ordering from them again!

I ordered 3 hampers, 1 came as expected, the other ‘sack hamper’ came in a sack, and the afternoon tea came with products that expired within 2 days, with cream in the hamper -but without refrigerated delivery? First customer service rep was incredibly rude and second gave me a partial refund, but they maintain it’s normal to buy a hamper, have to gift it the following day and for it to be eaten that day?? I won’t ever order from these again.

Very disappointed with stingy content

Very disappointed with this stingy hamper sent as a gift. Costs £135 but contents worth significantly less than £50. Two bottles of ok win/prosecco but the food items are pound shop quality Christmas edibles. Tiny size jars of jam and marmalade, crisps, broken bar of chocolate, flavoured pop corn,10 tea bags, tiny bag of coffee, a small pack of cookies etc. Definitely not worth the money, better to buy somthing nice from the supermarket and get it delivered.
