Did not realise I had to sign for the package, which was inconvenient. Hamper box is slightly damaged with torn joints. Most of the items are a smaller than I expected. Can't comment on quality... Toon meer

Well, what can I say!!
This company goes above and beyond.
I had a few issues, but they were dealt with extremely well. I was blown away with the excellence of customer service.
I’d love to give a shout out to Naomi, she went out of her way to help deal with my issues.
Would I use this company again??? DEFINITELY!!!!
I will be tell family and friends how professional, helpful and friendly they are!!!
I’m looking forward to my adult children opening the hampers. I’m pretty sure they will love them!!

Although there was a slight hic-up initially with delivery, Hampers.com resolved everything straight away. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the hamper I received and will definitely re-order next year. Customer services are also excellent and responsive.

Prompt delivery and absolutely pleased when we opened the box. It was well presented and extremely good value. We would definitely use them again. We bought two hampers and they make lovely gifts for Christmas.

Edited - 08/12/25 - Since my original review, Hampers.com have managed to make amends by way of providing Hamper on a goodwill basis (No charge) and this has now been delivered. So i can confirm that they have gone some way in resolving the initial issues, although the initial issues shouldnt have happened. I have now reviewed the star rating to 3 stars.
Terrible service. The Hamper was arranged to be sent to one of our customers for a paid and specific date. Not only did i not get an update email from Hampers.com to advise me the hamper is on its way, i had to chase you on the day of delivery to find out why i havent recieved any delivery update emails. Your response was, you have contacted the delivery team and are awaiting their response. To no surprise I had to chase again as still no contact from your "Customer Services" team (If at all it exists). I was then told that your courier partner has confirmed that the Hamper has been "Lost" in their system. 2 Things, why was i not updated and informed there was a delay in the hamper been sent in the first place and why did i have to twice contact you for an update. Why as a paying customer should I have to chase you for this information? And, i can assure you, as the courier was Evri (I was told), the parcel has not gone "Missing", it has probably been "Stolen" by that courier company and for you to be even using this company as a delivery partner is only opening your company to have many more negative feedback however, this does not take away the fact that YOU failed to provide correct and adequate customer care/service to me. Due to the above, and the fact you couldnt deliver the Hamper on the date i paid for, a refund has been requested and i hope i dont have to chase this with you either. Regrettably, i will not use your company again. A Hamper missing is one thing poor/lack of customer communication is another, and far from acceptable.

I’d have rated this more if the customer care advisor hadn’t lied when I asked why a hamper bought for a birthday gift to be delivered on a certain day, was late. He told me that delivery had been attempted but the home owner said it wasn’t them on the address. Fast forwards to getting the tracking it seemed that the order had only been shipped that afternoon. It arrived the day later. Honesty goes a long way so I won’t be recommending, or ordering from, again.

Although 2 parcels are undelivered as of now, the Company have responded very quickly and apologised for this hiccup. The volume of Black Friday orders seriously affected a number of deliveries.

I have purchased from this company many many times. I really like this stuff this year unfortunately the delivery drivers have lost all of our hampers and I spoke to a wonderful guy called Mohamed Degajuh who literally sorted out the problem immediately he has organised delivery next day of the missing hampers and we are thrilled because this guy is literally saved Christmas thank you so much and I look forward to buying from you again next year and a very special thank you to Mohammed you are quite simply a star

Although a hamper addressed to Newcastle arrived on Saturday, one ordered at the same time has not yet arrived in London.
Hampers relied to this review and are investigating this matter so I’m pleased with their customer service.
