Recommendation for HamptonsProperty management in Dorset
Since we moved into our Hamptons rental we have liaised with Andzelika Pilewska,
Property Manager. There was an issue with the front door not locking so this was critical and she arranged a locksmith to come swiftly and the issue was resolved.
She has been very helpful with ongoing contact and visit to the property. We have no concern in recommending the services of Hamptons Property Manager in our region.

You do associate quality with the name 'Hamptons' and I have to say that has indeed been the case for me. Throughout my time renting with Hamptons I’ve had absolutely no complaints. They have treated me with respect and always helped me with any issues in the apartment or when I wanted to adopt my first ever cat. We have had the pleasure of having Mandy as our Property Manager throughout our four-year tenancy, and we honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
Mandy has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and there isn’t a problem that phases her. She is always at the end of the phone, incredibly responsive, helpful and reassuring whenever we have needed her.

Patryk has been a breath of fresh air…
Patryk has been a breath of fresh air in the last few years. Hamptons have found great tenants but the general customer service has been slow and seemingly more focused on their own business rather than at least appearing to value customers. It’s not clear if this is due to poor management, cost cutting or a combination but is much worse in the past couple of years. Patryk by contrast gives me hope things may be getting better as since his appointment he has been responsive and most helpful. I would still like my property manager to know my property and tenants by visiting it at least once but this no longer seems to be Hamptons policy so I have to provide the detailed knowledge that they knew in the past.

I had a really great experience with Grace
I had a really great experience with Grace throughout the whole process. She was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful from the initial viewing through to getting everything finalised. The whole process was handled quickly and efficiently, which made what could have been a stressful move feel very straightforward.

Exceptional service in a challenging market
A huge thank you to Aidan Humphreys and the fantastic team at Hamptons Winchester. They carried out so many viewings for us and remained committed and supportive throughout what was not an easy sale, in a challenging market and involving a flat that was going through probate.

Been a tenant with Hamptons for 1 year…
Been a tenant with Hamptons for 1 year and so far it’s been great. Danish Ashraf has been the best as a property manager - super responsive to my queries and in making sure things actually get done, not just promised.
Anytime I’ve had an issue, he’s sorted it quickly and kept me in the loop. I never feel like I’m chasing him for updates, which honestly isn’t something I can say about every letting agent I’ve dealt with. He’s also good about flagging things ahead of time - new policies, house checks, etc., so nothing ever feels last minute.
A year in, I’d genuinely recommend Hamptons (and in particular Danish) if you’re looking for property managers who are actually on top of things.
