Fantastic quality and experience
Bought underwear and t-shirt for a birthday present. The delivery was very prompt even with Christmas looming and lots of postal strikes.
The quality of the product is exquisite. The underwear is such good quality, true to size with a very comfortable fit, so I am told.
The twist seem T-shirt are also great quality and the fit is better with the twist seem. Quirky design but so much better than a normal T-shirt.
Will definitely buy again.

Excellent quality
As a try I ordered two different underwear for a man. Their products do fit better than many other underwear and material used is good quality. I will definitely order more of Hand and Jones products. Delivery for Europe was fast and secured.

Garments were not accurate to the description or fit. Customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Would not recommend.
In response to your reply, I would kindly ask you do not share our email exchange with any external parties. That feels like a complete invasion of privacy. I have found your customer service to be incredibly condescending and quite honestly rude. I understand you’re proud of your product and you should be, but the experience as been less than pleasant.

We were pleased to receive your order for underwear from various ranges and note you have only asked to return those from one range, stating they 'were not as pictured'.
As our policy is not to accept returns of underwear for hygiene reasons, to help us understand better why you were not satisfied, we asked you for clarification - your response being 'the material is not as described'. The fabric of the garments in question is indeed a premium 90/10 cotton/elastane cloth from one of the best textile manufacturers in Portugal, as described on our website.
We receive a good deal of positive feedback from our customers about the quality and fit of our products, but obviously the garments are photographed on our models and will look/fit every individual differently. We would be grateful if you could share which aspect of the description you believe to be inaccurate and we will gladly amend if this proves to be the case.
We would also happily share the email exchanges between yourself and our customer services - it may be helpful for people to form their own judgement as to whether we have been 'rude and unhelpful'. Nevertheless, worth noting that, although our stated policy is for no returns of underwear, in this instance we readily agreed to refund you in full for any pairs you return to us unopened and unworn, which we will still do as soon as we receive them back.

Real Quality, Reasonable Prices
I bought my husband a beautiful blue cashmere jumper - it is so soft, the cashmere is superb and it fits exactly. I think I would like one myself - it really is unisex. Because he liked the sweater so much, I went back on site and bought several pair of underwear in a deep green colour, which he declared very comfortable. (They machine wash and dry and come out looking like new.) I have told the rest of the family about the website and I know my son has now purchased several things. Nice to know that you can buy something online that is as it is described, and is of long lasting quality. I will continue to be a customer and have recommended the site to several friends.
