I AM A VISITOR AND CUSTOMER ON DAILY BASIS of this Sidcup h&t shop .I AM VERY HAPPY AND DELIGHTED WITH ALL shop assistants AT H&T .THEY HAVE VERY GOOD KNOWLAGE ABOUT THE GOLD SILVER AND OTHER SERVICES like western union- cash cheques- selling watches and so on WHICH THIS SHOP PROVIDES FOR CUSTOMERS .they always explaining and reading contract to customers .Very good positive attitude and warm kindness towards me .R.Vrbova

Kelly was very professional, friendly and she took the time to explain everything I needed to know, as I asked her lots of questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Great customer service!

Visited your Worksop store as I wanted to buy some jewellery. Felt like a nuisance to them as they had to keep getting stuff out of the window as I wanted to see a few things and decide what I was going to buy. Trying to make a conversation and I must say the staff at this store are so miserable could not even put a smile on their face! Just seemed like I disturbed them just sitting out the back and they had to do some work!

I also wanted to look at a chain but no I could not view it as I needed I’d! WTF not everyone carries id on them and most jewellers have a lock on their doors to protect valuables items.

Very hostile environment in there! Customer service is non existent

I went to the other pawnbrokers down the road and the staff in there was very helpful, chatty and helped me decide on my purchase and let me see the items I was interested in buying and locked the door which I fully understand as they have to protect there stock which is a lot more than what I got from H&T.

I will never purchase anything from a shop from miserable staff and can’t be arsed to help you in your purchase. When you are spending a lot of money I WANT TO SEE WHAT I AM PURCHASING!

I did notice H&T are a shop that is dead compared to the other shop I went to. Maybe other customers feel the same as me! I did tell the other store how miserable the staff was in H&T and won’t ever go back in there.

I found it an easy and comfortable experience the staff member was friendly, efficient, explained the process and I was very happy with the quote she gave me for my items.

Went in today to sell some gold and a diamond ring. The ladies were lovely. The price given was very low. I have sold all the gold today and have received double the amount offered by this shop. I still have the diamond ring so am absolutely quids in. I was a bit perturbed that they wouldnt give me a breakdown of the offer. I was selling 9,18 and 22 carat gold. I think they must have been offering less than 50% of the current scrap value for gold. 4 stars just for the lovely staff. 0 Stars for the offer.

Both staff was so friendly and welcoming both introduced themselves and was professional the whole time I was their explaining all steps and processes to me at all times I left feeling extremely pleased and happy with the service and will definitely return should I need to sell or buy or exchange anything again thank you.

I had a really positive experience at your Hackney branch. While I didn’t catch the name of the male colleague who assisted me I want to give him a huge shout-out for his exceptional customer care. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail of the process clearly, putting me completely at ease even though I was a bit nervous about how things worked.

I also appreciated the transparency around rates and terms – there were no hidden surprises, which is so important when dealing with financial services.

Overall, I felt well looked after and would definitely recommend this branch to others – the team’s commitment to good service really shows

The Stratford arndale branch in Manchester has the best possible staff regarding customer service. Ms.Marcella the lady manager is wonderful and Ms. Karen is like an angel. Mr. Nick, Miss. Grace and Ms. Kelly are all amazing and truly professional. Overall 5 star. I'm so grateful to each and all of them.

I have paid a deposit to check out a watch 3 times. The £25 left my account and I received the confirmation email as well, however the watch was never sent. The online department told me to order it again and they will refund the previous £25. This happened a couple of times and in the end the watch got sold to somebody else while I was waiting. Extremely unprofessional, don’t deal with them if you value your time and mental sanity.

I appreciate good customer service. On arrival they are very friendly.

Stay away from them, absolute greedy scammers, a friend of mine went with 1oz gold britannia and they offered £932. Absolute joke

I recently visited the Welling branch of H&T Pawnbrokers and I cannot recommend the team there highly enough. I originally went in just to pick up some travel currency, but the service I received from Rachael and Toni was so exceptional that I ended up staying much longer than planned!

They were incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. Because they were so attentive and knowledgeable, I felt completely confident browsing their jewellery selection and ended up purchasing a beautiful present for my wife.

It is rare to find such friendly and genuine customer service these days. Rachael and Toni are a real credit to the shop, and I will certainly be returning for any future currency or gift needs.
