Bought this for my son and daughter in law absolutely stunning bassinet ordering was easy and next day delivery would definitely recommend this company.

Item came with no screws, the item is really bad. Try to chat with customer service no response. No phone number to call.
It is worse service ever.

I was sent the wrong order to begin with but customer service sorted it in no time for me, sent out the right item and got to keep the other one too. Items are lovely and great quality, very rare nowadays you get good customer service but these guys were exceptional. Thank you, I would highly recommend and I will definitely use them again

I bought a pram parasol (and left it a good review on their site) but a couple of months of use I can now confirm this is the worst product I have ever purchased. The quality is terrible and everything that could go wrong has.
My Happy baby did address the issue with a refund so can’t fault their customer service (hence not a 1 star) but this product really isn’t fit to be sold.

Tee pee came and I’m really impressed with the quality of the product kids love it.

Item arrived damage, no customer service telephone number and no reply by email.

The items were delivered timely and they are beautiful 😍. It's came as it were on pictures ,quality good and my baby uses it . It's comfortable.

delivery was quick and no problems unfortunately it didn't fit but when I contacted was very quick to reply and helpful

I ordered set with design, but got plain white sheet and pillow cover with holes. Replacement never sent. Poor communication with seller. He did not pick up phone at all.
