The finger lights were brought for halloween but did not receive many halloween characters. This was s shame

Keep away from Jackies kids site, they advertise as a UK company but orders are fulfilled direct from China which means a two week delivery time if you are lucky. My product arrived but did not resemble the one we ordered. Emailed their service team five times but replies were just delaying tactics to get you to give up. I did open the box that they sent but what was inside was of very poor quality and in no way was what we ordered. Their 30 day no quibble guarantee is just false advertising.

My item took an incredibly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was broken.

When I contacted the company to arrange a return, they expected me to pay for the return postage, despite the item being faulty.

Their customer service has been extremely unhelpful, and the quality of the product is very disappointing.

Overall, a really poor experience. I would not recommend this company.

Placed an order in the summer and had no issues. The item arrived in a couple of days. Placed another order in September and it has taken 6 weeks to arrive. Inundated with emails saying my order is ready to be shipped but nothing happens. Customer service are useless. It claims to be UK based but clearly some items are shipped from China. Won't be buying from them again.

As noted by many others, very bad quality goods which are not really returnable as they need to be shipped to China at great expense. I would not recommend this company and would not use them again.

Do not buy from this company. Cheap Chinese tat and takes ages to arrive. Avoid at all costs.

I chose to order from this site for my autistic grandson as there seemed to be a lot of toys he would enjoy.
The items came today. All boxes are broken damaged, one item is in a clear bag nnot boxed at all. There is no way I would gift these to anyone as they look second hand and the quality is awful. What a waste of money!??

As with most reviews I had a bad experience with this company. Products are poor quality and bad value. The second product I ordered, arrived in a squashed box and smashed to pieces. Customer service is abysmal. They send out copy and paste replies then simply ignore you. Sadly, like me, most people don’t read the Trust Pilot reviews until it’s too late. If you do, please DO NOT buy from this company - you will almost certainly regret wasting your money.

NEVER order from this Company. Looks like a UK Company but operates from China. Appalling quality, battered boxes, both kids games look nothing like the photos. Items were refused at the first drop off point, I wonder why, then dumped in my neighbours garden. They were so delayed I had to buy another birthday present for my grandson which means I can now dump the rubbish that has arrived from Jackie's Kids, because I certainly wouldn't inflict them on another child and the cost of sending this rubbish back would be so expensive I won't bother. A mistake never to be repeated in using this company.

The items ordered this company are substandard to say the least . The returns process is very complicated and very costly. I would recommend you but the items off amazon rather than this company. I will not be ordering from them again.

Do not buy from them. Box came all torn and the game did not work. They are now ignoring my emails. The craft set was ok though

After turning up much later than expected the Advent Calendar (non chocolate) was badly damaged. It was sent out in a flimsy bubble pack envelope and all squashed on the top and side. I contacted them straightaway and sent pictures of the damage. And so the fun began, after many emails back and forth requesting a refund and instructions for how to return the calendar I was offered the token 20% refund and I could keep the calendar. I didn’t want to keep the product it was a mess and looked nothing like the website image. I finally got the instructions to send it back to CHINA by tracked postage, it just wasn’t worth the cost or time. On their website it clearly states that they offer a 30 day return and hassle free refund with no questions asked….totally untrue. I have since bought another Advent Calendar from a reputable company as I couldn’t possibly give theirs to my Grandaughter. I’m totally discussed by this company, it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had buying online. I really don’t know how this company is still trading. I would not have bought from them if I’d know that they were based in China and I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I’ve only given them one star on here as giving zero stars was not an option!!!

If I could give 1 star I would, terrible, appears as UK business, the clothes are not as per the pictures, then you cannot return. Stay away from this cheap Chinese rubbish.

Wish I had read these reviews first. Thought it was an English company. Ordered a Halloween and Christmas tree you put together yourself. When the items arrived they look nothing like the video on Facebook. What a load of rubbish. Was going to send them back but is it worth it. Reading the reviews it seems a refund is hard to get.

The items aren’t for kids, they’re actually in China, attempting to return would cost the same as the item, and I would not trust you’d get the return cost or item funds refunded at the end.

Just a complete scam, stay away

If you’re wise you’ll have absolutely nothing to do with this company I ordered building bricks and they arrived in a ziplock bag !, how can you possibly gift that ?
I did contact them but despite 2 emails I received no response from them which is dreadful.
Charging way too much for cheap tat from China
