If you’re wise you’ll have absolutely nothing to do with this company I ordered building bricks and they arrived in a ziplock bag !, how can you possibly gift that ?
I did contact them but despite 2 emails I received no response from them which is dreadful.

Terrible. Do not buy from this company. I ordered Halloween squishies. They took three weeks to get here. They bear no resemblance to anything Halloween. Absolute rubbish, and not cheap, either.

The product is a clear plastic body shape with the bones and organs separate to assemble. It is supposed to be educational, but it is littered with spelling mistakes, for example "stomadch" and "kideny". The information about liver is actually the information about the lungs just copied and pasted. This has made me mistrust any of the information. I had thought this was a UK company but the product says "made in China".

I bought a box craft kit and a kids camera from Jackies kids. The camera never arrived and the craft kit was terrible, really poor quality not fit for purpose. I contacted them and was told I could have 20% off and keep the item or I had to complete a form and pay to return the item. I explained I had not even received the camera so I was told to wait for it. I think I can safely say I will not be getting my money back.

I am still awaiting a response from them to explain why the packaging is so poor. I can’t give the item as a gift as the box is completely battered due to insufficient packaging. They also sent some of the items without packaging that explains to the child what the item is and does. I’m going to have to make my own up so they understand what it is as I won’t be with them when they open it. Very poor. I would like them to respond to me to sort the damaged item and packaging

Like most reviews here, the product arrived late with the pieces thrown into a cardboard box with no internal packaging, and the box was dented on arrival. Furthermore, the product is of ATROCIOUS quality, being incredible thin plastic.

The company has also marketed itself as a UK company, but it is based in China - there is no indication when you buy from them that the item will take more than 3 weeks to get to you, and it's only when you go looking into their delivery policy that this information becomes clear. The lack of transparency is the issue here - if this was obvious at the point of ordering, it wouldn't be a problem, but the way in which it is hidden is misleading the customer.

I asked for a refund on the basis of all the above and was told I would need to return the item to China (at greater cost than the item was worth) or accept a further 15% refund. This was an automated email so they clearly receive a lot of refund requests.

Chinese rubbish wrapped up as an English company! Delivery takes forever and item cheap and nasty! Don’t ever buy from this company, find a true British company with stock in the uk!

Yet another poor Chinese company.
I ordered Halloween lights for my granddaughters. On the website it shows them attached to a blue backing card showing the characters that the lights display. They sent me the lights in a plastic bag. They can be returned to China at my cost!

I ordered Halloween Finger Projector Lights for the kids. The picture on the website shows quality boxed items. Instead, I've received cheap imitation lights rapped in plactic bags, that have cost me well over £30 for only 24 items. When I can get the same cheap items for only £15 for 36. I've emailed and asked about the returns and refund process. This is obviously misleading and just wrong. A big thanks for nothing, and letting my kids down on Halloween. I would definitely NOT Recommend jackies-kids.uk. if anything, I would recommend keeping well away, especially after some of the other reviews I just read. Just proper sad rip-off Britain.

I purchased the Saxophone Caterpillar for my grandson, and it's so colourful and fun that even the adults and cat love it! I like to support small family businesses where possible, and I will certainly be ordering from Jackie's Kids again in the run up to Christmas!

I ordered a small gift, the goul finger torches for my grandson for Halloween in plenty of time for me to go visit him last week.
This toy was sent from far overseas, probably China, but difficult to specify from the tracking details.
It arrived after I had visited, it took approximately 2 weeks.
When it arrived, it was cheap rubbish. Very flimsy, no instructions how to use them. No CE mark, so not safe to give to a small child.
I contacted the company & received a reply telling me that the delivery time met their standards.
Not making it absolutely clear that it comes from overseas & is not suitable for young children is not good enough.
Avoid this company, their products are not fit for purpose.

Not made clear when ordering that the goods were being dispatched from China. The "Chomp Dinosaur" took 16 days to arrive, which meant it arrived too late to be given as a Birthday present. Received emails virtually every day telling me that the goods were on their way but no actual estimated date for delivery!!! When the toy finally arrived although it wasn't broken, it looked cheap and was a lot smaller than it had appeared in the picture on the website. A blessing that it arrived late as I bought another far better quality present. This will go in the bin. I did not bother to contact the company for a refund. Will not deal with them again.

Great item for kids' stockings this Xmas - obviously they havent received them yet - but I'm sure they'll love them. Took a long time to be delivered - thankfully I ordered really early

Ordered a mimicking parrot for my son. Absolutely delighted with it. It came as described and is a beautiful toy that my son can enjoy and have lots of fun with. Extremely pleased. Would definitely order again.

Just what we wanted, excellent delivery time as well. Fully recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. JACKIES KIDS despite the name sounding British operate out of China. Toy purchased arrived late, was total rubbish with it's parts just thrown into an old cardboard box. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I REGRETTABLY DID. It's gone straight in the bin.

So wish I’d checked trustpilot before ordering a make your own squishy set. By mistake I ordered a second one. Still don’t know how?! I’m so cross with myself. Took over a month to arrive ( missed her birthday)
Can’t be bothered to even try for a refund, I’ve put it down to my stupidity. DON’T use this site.

My order was just as shown on website. Delivered quickly and carefully.
