This is the worst company ever. I made a number of orders that have not arrived and they refuse to give me a refund. Please do not buy from this company.

Ordered four items from Jackie’s toys on the 30th September they took my money , the 05/10 I contacted them asking where the items are and if they wasn’t sending to cancel my order, straight away items were marked as sent, then they were marked as sent back to sender, it’s been an awful experience … avoid like the plague .

Don’t buy from this company , you don’t get what they advertise, it’s a pile of junk. The product I got was a joke . Stay well away from them.

Do not order from this company. I have just received a remote control car for my Grandson for Christmas. The Box is so damaged its been cellotaped really bad. Its all dented and sent the wrong car. I could buy better in a pound shop....fuming

I did some research in Jackie's Kids. First thing I noticed was spelling mistakes. Immediately started to ring warning bells. Seeing other reviews will shop elsewhere.

Baby blanket, arrived screwed up and very thin, bad quality. Could not give this as a gift, but dog making good use of it! Bought another for same price with delivery from M&S who can be trusted!

I would give no stars if i could. Ordered some halloween finger lights for grandchildren. Arrived in plastic bag inside halloween sweet bag. Not as advertised. Would not use again

Bad company item not as described small parts for young child not reccomended...trying to respond for 2 days to get a refund but live chat waste of time reads message but does not respond and no email response either will not use again item not like picture size ..do not use this company!!

I don't recommend anyone!when I bought parcel from them it was saying 3-5 days!already 5 days pass!and was saying in UK!they send from China!costumer service is useless!never ever again!!!

Persuasive articulate advertising on social media strongly implies this is a UK based company
However, my order took over 2 weeks to be delivered from overseas, from China I believe
I would not have ordered had I realised this

Wish I’d read the reviews! Arrived late, badly damaged, nothing like the photo. Should have checked as if I’d know it was cheap Chinese tat wouldn’t have wasted my money ! Please DON’T buy from them 😡

Their goods supplied are absolute rubbish
We purchased 2 Toy Parrots that are supposed to talk only they don’t only fit for the bin.
They are based in Hong Kong so no chance of a refund
Avoid at all costs

Dreadful company. Would prefer to give minus stars. Despite “uk” in name they are in China. I received one faulty item and 4 loose items despite online photo showing them properly sealed onto cards. They look like seconds. And now I’m expected to pay to return them. I suspect I would be throwing good money after bad. That’ll teach me to not check reviews first.

The item was faulty. Customer service non existent. No answer from emails. Customer has to pay extortionate prices to return faulty items.
Quality of toy is very poor.
Definitely do not recommend.

Not as desctibed. Wish i had checked this compamy out. Lesson learned. There are also numerous recent customer reports specifically saying they believed it was UK-based but their goods came from China/Hong Kong, and that returns involved sending items back overseas. �

So, in plain English: it appears to be a Hong Kong/China-based dropshipping operation selling into the UK, rather than a UK-based retailer.

I'm so angry with myself I didn't check this site before ordering from Jackie's Kids. I was led to believe this was an authentic website for buying equipment for my daughter. I wanted a reading aid and the pictures were not true to scale. the aide was so tiny and not fit for purpose or worth the £9+ I paid. More like worth 50p. I note they do not offer refunds so Its an expensive lesson learned for me.
