This company should not be allowed to sell anything . Everything that comes is damaged . Extremely poor quality and flimsy . I paid a lot of money for the items and sending back is impossible . They expect you send it all back and find a company and pay all the costs to China when the site is supposed to be in the UK . They also say and warn you that you might not get a refund if the items don’t meet there criteria . So another words you will probably not get a refund and the cost to China will be as much as paying for the items . When you go on the chat and try speak to someone they are rude to you and want loads of photos when it states that you have 30 days no questions asked to return . I hadn’t read the Trustpilot reviews before I ordered . I wish I had because they are all true and this company is very bad . Stay away . You will loose all your money and recieve very poor flimsy damaged products .

I bought a play sink which broke very quickly, I asked to purchase a new tap and the response was nothing less than rude

I gave them another chance and bought Halloween finger lights, they're weren't in packaging just in a plastic bag, 2 of the four were broken and they just keep replying saying 'send us proof' which I do every time. Please don't waste your money. What they sell isn't what they advertise at all, cheap and nasty products

Item delivered that was not ordered. When I asked to return it was to China and cost if postage more than the item. Emailed company but no satisfactory response.

My granddaughter loves her new hairbobbles. Everyone comments on them. Good quality.

took ages to arrive as it is not UK based as you are lead to think. Arrived well after the events it was purchased for and was the cheapest tat I have seen.

I had a small issue with my delivery, which was a fault of the courier, not Jackie's Kids. I contacted customer service and they were more than helpful, very professional and resolved the situation very quickly. My kid loves his knife set and it's great for getting him involved in the kitchen.

I ordered a coat for my son which was meant to be 7-8 years old however the label on the coat is XXL and I would say this is more like the 10-11 years old

Appalling, cheap rubbish! I‘m ashamed of myself for falling for their misleading advertising. Impossible to return for refund. Beware!!

Excellent value

I ordered a toy twice by mistake. I emailed asking to cancel one item. This was addressed immediately, I received a refund and follow up emails informing me of the refund and status of my order. The customer service was exemplary. The item took a while to arrive as it came from China, but a much shorter time than I expected, also I was kept informed via tracking. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews so I'm here to redress the balance. My experience was very good.

Cheap Chinese Rubbish. All ads are made with AI so their products don't look like they are supposed to; cheap quality; half the contents of their fairy kits were missing and what was in the kits was extremely poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought a flying fairy and it only worked twice.Daughter was so disappointed that it was ripped apart.Never ever..ever, ever buy anything from this product.

Terrible company who pretend they are UK based but are based in China or Hong Kong. My order has not arrived and it has been 2 weeks

SCAM!! A few random beads and wires stuffed in a box. Instructions dont make sense.. Step one...' take a wire and make some beads'

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Stupidly I believed this was a UK based company (it’s not!) it comes from Hong Kong! It was in a flimsy plastic carrier that was ripped and boxes damaged! Absolutely steer clear of this company!!!
