I received the cot bumper it's lovely really

All good. Parasol works well. Fits on to any pram / buggy. Can bend in any direction to keep baby in the shade without impeding baby's view. Good value. Bought bright red and it looks great!

made a mistake with the delivery. When I paid with my card, the address was automatically filled in — it was the one saved in Google Pay. I contacted Happy Baby quickly, but they didn’t respond promptly. They ended up sending the delivery to the wrong address. To be honest, I’m also not very satisfied with the products.

Received my order but items in a set did not colour match. After weeks of emailing and leaving messages, replacement part order sent. Item NOT delivered to my address as per Evri confirmation. Offered another replacement or refund. Never received refund. Different items resent, without my consent, told I would not be getting a refund as after all it was only a colour mismatch.

The rudest company I have ever dealt with and I will very definitely not recommend them, or be making any further purchases.

Never received my order. Emailed asking for help and got lied to saying it was delivered. I then emailed again saying tracking shows it hasn’t been and Evri confirmed that they haven’t delivered Got a very blunt email back. I asked for a refund and still no refund. First time ordering with them and will never order from them again…

Pram umbrella was flimsy, everytime i tried to bend the clip came unattached and only seemed to bend one way

I ordered a nursing pillow which didn’t turn up. 8 working days I waited for it, I was sent a replacement (which I did receive). Customer service is shocking, I received 2 unprofessional emails, one insinuated that I was lying (the tracking showed I did receive the first parcel) and the 2nd one was again just very unprofessional. They use Evri as a delivery service which is just shocking considering how expensive some of their products are. I wouldn’t use them again nor recommend them.

The bedsheets are nice. Swaddle is nice too

The product is beautiful and the pattern is very warm. Adds character to my children's bed. Also does the job, protects their heads from bumping against the hard wood. Better nights sleep for babies (and mama!).
