Following a formal statutory cancellation notice under Section 14C of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, Happy Garden and their payment processor PayU Poland acted promptly and responsibly: the order was officially cancelled, and a full refund of ILS 550.00 was issued directly to my credit card (confirmed by PayU). I appreciate the management stepping in after my formal escalation to take accountability and resolve the issue.

ORIGINAL EXPERIENCE:
As a returning customer who previously ordered multiple times, my experience with order #126836 (placed September 15, 2026, ILS 550) suffered from serious fulfillment friction. Charges were processed via Ecolife sys s.r.o. (Czech Republic) through PayU Poland, but for about a week (4 business days) no shipping or tracking update was provided, which created uncertainty.

CONCLUSION:
While Happy Garden needs to significantly improve their shipping transparency and tracking updates to avoid customer friction, their final resolution was fair, lawful, and complete. Once escalated, they respected consumer rights, cancelled the transaction, and processed a full refund.

For fairness: the site states an estimated delivery time of about 21 business days with possible delays, and that window had not yet passed when I cancelled. They refunded me in full anyway.

בעקבות הודעת ביטול סטטוטורית כדין לפי סעיף 14ג לחוק הגנת הצרכן, הנהלת Happy Garden וספק הסליקה PayU פולין פעלו באחריות וביעילות: ההזמנה בוטלה במערכת, והונפק זיכוי כספי מלא על סך 550.00 ₪ ישירות לכרטיס האשראי שלי (באישור PayU). אני מעריך את לקיחת האחריות של ההנהלה ואת סגירת הנושא בהגינות לאחר פנייתי הרשמית.

החוויה המקורית:
כלקוח חוזר שרכש בעבר מספר פעמים, בהזמנה מס' #126836 (מיום 15/09/2026) נוצר צוואר בקבוק לוגיסטי משמעותי. התשלום נסלק דרך חברת Ecolife sys s.r.o. מצ'כיה ו-PayU פולין, אך במשך כשבוע (4 ימי עסקים) לא סופק מספר מעקב פעיל של חברת בלדרות. במהלך תקופה זו לא התקבל עדכון על יציאה למשלוח, דבר שיצר אי-ודאות.

סיכום:
על אף שהחברה נדרשת לשפר מהותית את השקיפות, זמני השילוח והוצאת מספרי המעקב, בשורה התחתונה הנהלת החברה כיבדה את החוק, לקחה אחריות מלאה על העיכוב וביצעה השבת כספים מלאה ומיידית לצרכן.

לשם ההגינות: באתר מצוין זמן אספקה משוער של כ-21 ימי עסקים עם אפשרות לעיכובים, וזמן זה טרם חלף כשביטלתי. למרות זאת, החברה זיכתה אותי במלואו.

No order received, and no response to emails and telephone calls. More than a month has passed since I placed my order.

Excellent quality, top notch products & service. Carefully packed and fast dispatch to the other side of the Europe, arrived in less than a week.

The vape pens I ordered are flawless, they have very smooth draw, nice flavor and work as expected - without clogging or any other problem. I highly recommend HG and will definitely place a new order again!

I placed an order for some HHC, 10 minutes after placing the order i decided to cancel the order by sending the company an email to: contact @ happygardeneu com, writing multiple times to cancel the order but instead of reading my mail then they fast forwarded the order and sent it through mail the next day (i suspect they read the email but instead of canceling the order then they just wanted the business transaction to go through).

So i eventually reach the support where i am very angry due to them not answering my request for canceling the order and now im in a situation where border patrol has seized my package because HHC is illegal in my country (which is also why i tried so hard to cancel the order before it went through, but you know, they sort of fast forwarded my order instead of canceling it).

I come in contact with support multiple times and i give them the choice to either compensate me with CBD products or they can refund me the money, they decide to compensate me in CBD products which were vape pens(CBD VAPE Peach Ring flavour 550 mg 1ml). They got me 3 of these to be exact.
- To begin with i was already very skeptical in terms of how clean these products were with contaminations, the ingredients, heavy metals and so on, i recognized how they dont state the obvious on the website with the ingredients of the vapes, i had to get the packaging in hand before i could see the full ingredients list which are: (CBD hemp extract, "natural" terpenes, Glycerine).
None of these ingredients are described as being organic which means they most likely got pesticide contamination and that also means heavy metal contamination.
I tried to look for the lab report but they dont test their products for the issues i just described.
On my third day of vaping i started feeling sick to my stomach and it only went away when is stopped vaping on the product.

So my final conclusion is that shopping with this website has been an overall bad experience.
I tried again to contact the customer support on email about me being sick from vaping on their CBD products and they just summed it up by saying that i was mentally ill and so on. So yeah, not cool at all.
They also said that if i write a bad review on trustpilot that i would be sued for defamation, i'd say bring it on.
