We visited Harmony Jewels after looking at a few other stores around Hatton Garden, and from the moment we met Antea, we had a feeling this was where we wanted to find our engagement ring.

Antea was absolutely amazing and made what can be quite a complex and emotional process feel easy, enjoyable and really special. We initially had no idea exactly what we wanted, but she was incredibly patient with us and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she gently guided us through different styles, helping us understand what we liked and didn’t like, and gradually narrow everything down.

We came back for a few appointments, and Antea gave us the same care and attention every time. By the end, we had found a ring and diamond that we absolutely loved - unique, elegant, and completely perfect for my partner.

The whole experience felt very personal, and we’re so grateful to Antea for being such a lovely part of such an important moment for us. We couldn’t be happier with the ring.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Rabia at Harmony Jewels while designing a bespoke engagement ring for my fiancé.

From the moment we met Rabia in the shop, she was incredibly welcoming, engaging and knowledgeable. She immediately made what could have been quite an overwhelming process feel exciting and personal. One of the things that impressed us most was how quickly she was able to identify the bespoke designs my fiancé had picked out from the shop windows, and then explain the key features of each one. This really helped us understand what it was about those designs that appealed to us and what elements we wanted to incorporate into the final ring.

Rabia then helped me select a beautiful diamond and guided me through every stage of creating the ring. She made the whole experience genuinely personalised, giving me the freedom to specify even the smallest details — including the type and shape of the side stones and how I wanted them set within the band.

Throughout the process, Rabia was incredibly patient and accommodating, allowing me to adapt and refine the design as we went along. I’m incredibly grateful for the time, care and attention she put into helping me achieve exactly what I had hoped for.

Both my fiancé and I are absolutely delighted with the final result. The ring is genuinely perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with it.

I had an appointment with Esra to look for an emerald ring- I had absolutely no idea what I was doing as I have never proposed to someone before, but she was so patient and welcoming that it made the whole experience enjoyable rather than stressful.

We went through multiple different options and styles until we found the perfect ring. Esra was very kind and understanding, and took her time explaining in detail the stones I was showed and the important information that comes with it. My overall experience was very positive and I couldn’t have asked for better service💍

They listened to all my requests, provided professional opinions on best choices and even when there was disruptions in the expected date or ring collection provided adequate updates as and when needed. Cannot recommend enough.

My son and myself had a great experience with Harmony Jewells, nothing was too much trouble. Rabia was amazing we told her what we wanted and she helped him design the ring of his future wife's dreams. We needed it ready for a specific time so he could propose to his girlfriend on a romantic holiday. Rabia kept her promise and the ring was ready on time. His girlfriend was so happy and absolutely loved the ring. We would highly recommend Harmony Jewells and especially Rabia, she was AMAZING!!!
