I bought both my engagement ring and wedding bands from Michael.

Absolute superstar from start to finish, nothing too much for him. In classic form I got both of the wedding bands the wrong size (mine was 4 sizes too small). With the wedding on the Friday and me seeing this on the Monday (all my fault), Michael dealt with it with no stress or extra cost. By Wednesday he had sorted it all.

Aside from excellent value, the service is absolutely top notch and other family members now use him.

I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet online after the outstanding service I received from Alex. It is the most money I have ever spent online without physically viewing an item but wow, I was totally blown away when the item arrived. Any similar products that I viewed at other stores were priced significantly higher too.
