Michael helped us chose and design a diamond engagement ring which we are very happy with. Michael and Alex provided helpful suggestions and guidance throughout the process and we reviewed a range of options. We had several discussions and moved at our own pace with no pressure which was appreciated.

Had a fantastic experience with Michael selecting my engagement ring for my now fiancé. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right ring, he also gave a lot of helpful advice on specifics I hadn’t considered before my consultation. Honestly, words cannot describe how this company changed my life. The products (both engagement ring and wedding bands) produced for me is to a high standard. Michael guided me through the process, and was very understanding. He’s an expert in field.

The final ring is fantastic - shes loves it. The process with Michael was quick, clear and friendly. We met with other vendors but came back to Michael as the service was excellent alongside an extremely reasonable price.

Michael was excellent in giving his time and expertise to guide me through all the ring and diamond options ahead of my engagement in January. I decided on a “placeholder” ring, as I was slightly unsure of what my partner would like.

If we could give Micheal 10/10 we would. A 5 star does not give him justification for the service he provided for us. After losing my first engagement ring we found Micheal online, it then came apparent that this was the best place we were meant to be to purchase our engagement ring. On arrival Micheal was friendly and professional nothing was too much bother and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. He explained everything in detail about each ring we looked at and the whole experience felt very personal and one to one. I wished we had gone there from the beginning and not made the mistake of going elsewhere. When picking the engagement ring Micheal sat us down and presented us with the ring, the presentation was overwhelming and brought tears to our eyes. The ring was absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail was unreal. The experience was something we will never forget to the point where we are going back to get our wedding bands. I cannot speak highly enough of The Diamond Ring Company. From the very first time I spoke to them I felt very assured as everything was explained with great detail which was important for me when looking for an engagement ring as there are so many things to consider. They were very honest and never put pressure on me to make a decision which was great. I mainly dealt with Alex who was always there if I had any questions and once the ring was ordered, always kept me updated with the progress but it wasn’t something I was concerned about because he gave me an accurate explanation of the process from the very beginning and everything went to plan, exactly as he said it. Michael was also great whenever I spoke to him during my appointments and always made me feel very assured too. The advice from both of them was perfect and well thought-out which was exactly what I needed as I went for a bespoke ring. Shopping for an engagement ring wasn’t a process I was looking forward to but now that I have used The Diamond Ring Company it really was such a simple and easy process. It is ultimately a personal preference in terms of what ring you like and want and they give you all the information you need to make the best decision for yourself. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family because the whole process from start to finish felt premium and best in class!
