I cannot speak highly enough of The Diamond Ring Company. From the very first time I spoke to them I felt very assured as everything was explained with great detail which was important for me when looking for an engagement ring as there are so many things to consider. They were very honest and never put pressure on me to make a decision which was great. I mainly dealt with Alex who was always there if I had any questions and once the ring was ordered, always kept me updated with the progress but it wasn’t something I was concerned about because he gave me an accurate explanation of the process from the very beginning and everything went to plan, exactly as he said it. Michael was also great whenever I spoke to him during my appointments and always made me feel very assured too. The advice from both of them was perfect and well thought-out which was exactly what I needed as I went for a bespoke ring. Shopping for an engagement ring wasn’t a process I was looking forward to but now that I have used The Diamond Ring Company it really was such a simple and easy process. It is ultimately a personal preference in terms of what ring you like and want and they give you all the information you need to make the best decision for yourself. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family because the whole process from start to finish felt premium and best in class!

Planning an engagement can be quite stressful. When it came to choosing the right ring, this company took away any worries I had. Michael was truly exceptional. I bought a natural elongated cushion diamond engagement ring from him and he walked me through every step of the process. Incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He spent an enormous amount of time educating me on the dos and dont’s, listened to what I wanted, and then designed an absolutely stunning ring which my fiance loves. I can’t recommend him or his company highly enough. You won’t find anyone who has more experience or a better personal touch than Michael.

I am a very happy customer! I have bought two items from the DRC and both times were very good experiences. My items were bespoke and unique to me. Both were based on ideas that I had but Alex and Michael brought them to life. You would never get that experience or level of service from a high street jeweler.
