Michael was truly exceptional. I bought a natural elongated cushion diamond engagement ring from him and he walked me through every step of the process. Incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He spent an enormous amount of time educating me on the dos and dont’s, listened to what I wanted, and then designed an absolutely stunning ring which my fiance loves. I can’t recommend him or his company highly enough. You won’t find anyone who has more experience or a better personal touch than Michael.

I am a very happy customer! I have bought two items from the DRC and both times were very good experiences. My items were bespoke and unique to me. Both were based on ideas that I had but Alex and Michael brought them to life. You would never get that experience or level of service from a high street jeweler. I purchased a natural diamond engagement ring from The Diamond Ring Company in Hatton Garden and couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the final outcome. Michael was fantastic from start to finish and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple and enjoyable.

I went in with very little knowledge and no clear idea of what I was looking for, but Michael guided me through everything patiently and honestly. I never felt pressured or upsold - if anything, he was more mindful of my budget than I was myself, which I genuinely appreciated.

No sales tactics here. Just a pleasure to deal with. We were offered the opportunity to go away and meet other jewellers in the area before committing to a purchase (which we chose not to do). A genuine and nice chap. Very pleased with the item purchased and will be returning in the future.

Very happy with my purchase, Fiancé loves the ring, the design and how flawless it all is truly makes for something special, My main contact there was Michael who was nothing short of a miracle worker with the deadline I set him and dealt with my requests with professionalism and ease.
I was originally let down by another London store as they couldn't get me a ring in time with 2 weeks notice. Michael and team pulled it out of the back in 1.5 weeks delivered 150 miles away.

Alex was amazing from design to completion of my engagement and wedding ring. He was responsive and good to suggest different things taking into consideration what we wanted. He was also lovely with the service after like cleaning and polishing if jewellery.

He took the time to properly explain everything, listened carefully to what I wanted (and didn’t want), and guided me through each decision without ever making me feel rushed or out of my depth. I ordered a yellow diamond engagement ring with Michael and The Diamond Ring Company. The company came highly recommended by three of my colleagues, all happy customers!

Before I got the recommendation for The Diamond Ring Company, my fiance and I had visited several other jewellers in Hatton Garden, and I found the experience to be very overwhelming, some jewellers were very pushy, and I didn't trust any of them.

Michael could not be more different - he has many years of experience in the industry, he was very calm and transparent, explained everything very clearly to me and I never felt like he was pushing me towards anything. I took my time figuring out the design I wanted, and Michael was very patient throughout. I shared some photos of the design that I liked that included a peekaboo halo that I'd not seen offered anywhere else in London, and the end result was perfect! I found that it was also good value for money and a quick turnaround once I made up my mind, my fiance was also very pleased.

All in all, a great experience with The Diamond Ring Company, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an engagement ring!
