Michael was brilliant, really friendly and helpful, from my first call enquiring if they could help us with our wedding bands that we needed in just two weeks, to fitting us in at short notice when we suddenly decided to collect them in person to check the fit instead of having them posted as previously arranged.
He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable considering the last minute rush we were in. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

After much shopping around online for a diamond engagement ring, I decided The Diamond Ring Company suited what I wanted. I loved being able to customise the ring material and select the exact diamond. I called the store to ask some questions and Michael, the owner, was really helpful and gave some great tips to help with the decision. Needed an engagement ring asap to tie in with important dates and Michael assisted me and kept me in the loop at all times. In today’s world of faceless online experiences Michael was personable, accommodating and most of all made it feel like he cared.
