They entire process was amazing from the initial meeting with Alex all the way to receiving the ring, my partner tried on loads of different style engagement rings and they were really helpful and had lots to choose from, would defineitly recommended them to any friends and also will be going back there to do our wedding rings when the time comes about for that

A great experience purchasing a ring from here, I spoke with a gentleman called Michael who was great to deal with & very helpful for a novice like myself in purchasing such items. He showed a great attention to detail & was very accommodating booking the appointments & with what I was looking for. Top quality service! Highly recommended!

I bought a diamond engagement ring and the communication and customer service was second to none. Any questions I asked were answered almost instantly, even at late hours. I also had to have it resized and sent to a different address which was all dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I wanted an engagement ring for my girlfriend and have been looking for quite some time. She wanted a very specific design and colour, so this made my search more difficult.

I finally found what I was looking for online from The Diamond Ring company. I live in Wales but the jeweller was based in London, so I contacted the store and spoke to Alex.

Alex was really helpful and reassuring. He kept me updated on very step of making the ring and even offered some post-sale service. My now fiancé loves the ring and we'll be going back to get wedding bands. Highly recommended jewellers.

I had such an excellent experience, service and product buying an engagement ring for my fiancé. I turned up alone, not knowing much about diamonds and rings. Alex and Michael were so welcoming and professional when I visited them. They took time to explain the 4 C's and guided me to designing a beautiful engagement ring. What I really appreciated was their honesty throughout and that was reflected in the price. They even managed to design and make the ring within a week so I could propose to her on our trip to Chile.

After our trip, the ring needed to be resized and they promptly replied to our emails and organised an appointment for my fiancé to come in. It took them less than a week to resize it. They kindly sent it back to us by signed delivery because we couldn't come in to collect it.

Overall my experience with The Diamond Ring Company has been fantastic. After visiting other jewellers in the area, The Diamond Ring Company were way above everyone else.

We used Michael and the team for our engagement and wedding rings. Whilst other providers made us feel like just another customer Michael was patient, listened, did not pressure us at all and delivered beautiful rings. 5 stars is not enough.

The best company to do business with

Found this company by chance and glad I did. Spoke to 2 other companies in Hatton gardens and both were a bit pushy. Michael was easy the whole way though and assisted me in designing the ring. The reviews were a big reason why i chose Michael and I can now see why he has so many 5 stars. The process was easy, I was updated the whole time, shown the potential diamonds which fitted my criteria and then finally shown the end product which was better than I had imagined. The follow up for resizing and engraving was also stress free. Any Jewellery needed in the future, Michael is the man we will be going to. 10/10 couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Amazing communication, stunning ring!

Wow! Where do we even start, Michael from the beginning was very attentive and made us feel so relaxed and not feel pressured. I was lucky enough to choose my engagement ring and Michael encouraged me to take as many pictures as possible so when I got home I could analyse. But we didn’t need too! After our first appointment we asked if we could pop back in to see him again that same day, because we knew straight away he was the right person and also made my ring exactly what I wanted after trying so many. He supported us through our whole journey. The ring is absolutely beautiful and would highly recommend to anyone to go to Michael at the Diamond Ring Company. We can’t wait to return to choose our wedding bands. Thank you Michael!!!

Michael is a true professional. Very nice chap and very helpful. He and his team produced a really lovely diamond engagement ring with gold band. He let me see the diamond before committing to the ring.He also offered one of the more competitive prices in Hatton Gardens (from my experience) and had the ring made in a faster time than most other places. Overall would thoroughly recommend! He has also agreed to kindly resize ring free of charge as it's a bit big for my fiance

Highly recommend Michael, after already being to 2 previous places (one also on Hatton Garden) both of which just wanted you in and out as fast as possible, it was a breath of fresh air to speak to Michael who provided a no-pressure sales experience. The appointment was a relaxed experience with no pressure to choose a ring or buy on the spot, Michael offered valuable advice throughout the whole appointment which was extremely valuable for novices like us. Michael had a wide range of samples for us to see and try on and explained everything including the different parts that define a diamond (clarity, cut, etc) as well as demonstrating the differences between the sizes (carats).

We needed help choosing a diamond engagement ring including assistance with sizing as my fiance has never had a ring of any variety before. Michael was a star and suggested an in-between size which fits her finger perfectly.

The ordering process was nice and simple too and turn around time for our ring was 3 times quicker than the other 2 places we visited.

We will definitely be going back to get the wedding bands. :)
