Everything was good instead of collection time, I specifically selected Click & Collect to save my time also before coming on the app I inform about my visit. In the Drogheda's store no body wait me, order not ready for collection.

They came when they said they would and did the job efficiently. Tommy was very good at explaining the processes of installing the fridge-freezer and he stabilised it perfectly.

I dealt with assistant DK while purchasing two different watches as Christmas gifts.
I felt this assistant was hugely knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions well. I asked for his advice with my purchase and rather than push one brand/model, gave me a very detailed rundown on the products allowing me to make an informed decision. This is exactly how I like to shop. He was in not in any way full-on pushy sales and was extraordinarily polite, mannerly and presented himself very well. I am really happy with my purchase, made all the more pleasurable by a great assistant.

went in today to look for a doorbell Ishaan helped me choose the eufy range as i didn’t want the subscription one so i purchased it with the knowledge of how it works and will head back in next week for a couple of the cameras to match and that they will work with the bell so one happy customer as always when visiting Harvey Norman great staff all around the shop which is also a plus when the staff are happy and helpful keep up the good work ❤️❤️

We found the girl S Plunkett very helpful. She knew all the product and was able to advise us. We were looking for a bed that would be suitable for our disabled son who also has scoliosis. We were looking for a motion bed. We made a purchase.

I arrived in store on Sunday having misread opening times , staff were behinds rude. Typical sales people, not interested unless it’s a sale. Short lady with tan and short died hair said ‘ that’s an online order, nothing to do with me

I ordered a new fridge, I did not pay for an install as it was just a matter of plugging the new fridge in I asked them if they could put it where the old fridge was and they looked at me as if I was an alien. On the website it says do you want an ‘intergrated install’ which means it is going between things but mine was free standing. They left the fridge right in the middle of the kitchen still wrapped up and everything. I had to in wrap and tilt the fridge and everything by myself. The guys nearly didn’t take my old fridge away because it was still connected to the mains which was literally a twist of a screw to disconnect. I was very disappointed appointed with the service.

Wasn’t made aware when buying this online that the USB lead didn’t come with the printer so I wasn’t able to use it until the following day when I went to purchase said lead. I bought it elsewhere as I was so angry that the customer service is so bad taht I couldn’t use something I’d just purchased

Recently purchased several appliances from Harvey Norman. While the sales experience was excellent, the delivery and installation service was very disappointing.

The fridge was installed into the kitchen unit but was not switched on at the wall. The installers told my wife it was ready to use, but when I checked later, the fridge was completely off. I had to remove the heavy American-style fridge from the unit myself—something that requires two people and precise handling—just to access the power switch. A basic check from the installation team would have avoided this unnecessary hassle.

The hob installation was also poorly done. The long cable was left hanging in such a way that the cupboard underneath cannot be closed properly. This could have been easily routed before fitting, but now the only option is to remove the hob or leave it as it is.

On top of this, the microwave I ordered was not delivered at all.

Overall, the installation team showed a lack of care and professionalism. After spending significant money, I expected a proper, complete service where appliances are checked and installed correctly. Instead, I was left with extra work, inconvenience, and frustrtion
