Two guys that delivered the furniture were very nice lads and very quick

Delivery was very efficient with two very pleasant and helpful delivery drivers

Came to say a special thanks to manager Stephen in Harvey Norman, Naas for his help.

I bought a Dyson fan which was faulty at purchase and sent to Dyson for repairs, but was damaged by DPD on returning it from the repair centre. Dyson have ignored me and I was unable to get a resolution, so contacted the store and Stephen was absolutley terrific.

The delivery driver called to give an hour range for the delivery day. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service from all staff especially Ger who helped me pick and buy a new microwave. He went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. I will be returning thanks to the great staff.

The delivery people were very professional and courteous and careful not to hit of light fittings etc, when bringing and taking the old American style fridge freezer from the house. As it was such an unusually warm day, almost 30 degrees we couldn't empty the freezer of the old fridge until they arrived. It would have been helpful if the driver had phoned again to say we were next on the list. We had gotten a call that morning to say the delivery time would be between 3pm and 6pm. But all in all, the service was fantastic.

Got a phone call stating the time of delivery which I missed, this was followed up with a text message, unfortunately I missed this too. The guys were able to fit the delivery in at the end of a long day for them. They were very pleasant and helpful, and removed all the packing. I was very happy with the service.

Firstly - HN had furniture I liked at my price point. But that was just the start of a dazzling experience.
I walked in on a Saturday morning and chose my furniture. It was all good to go. I was given a 3 year ZERO INTEREST payment plan and the delivery arrived on Tuesday.
No ordering or waiting. No hassle.
The delivery crew were amazing. Super communicative. They arrived on time with plenty of notice. They were quick and friendly.
Honestly - HN is setting a very high bar here.
Competitors don't provide the finance or the quick turnarounds.

Very mannered salesperson, but didn't tell us about the Samsung Summer Cashback awards. I may have purchased insurance on the product if id known about it on time.

Really nice people to deal with in the store, clearly spelt out all our options. When we eventually made our choice they explained the whole process clearly, how & when it would be delivered, and what would happen with the old machine. The two installers did an impeccable job, removing the old dishwasher effortlessly, installing the new one and leaving our kitchen spotless. All in all a very positive experience, all the people we dealt with are a credit to themselves & Harvey Norman.

The communication regarding delivery was excellent and item delivered safely.
My husband received the goods but he was disappointed with the support from one of the employees who would not help him remove the wrapping. He was advised that it was not his job because the item was a shop display. Given the weight of the fridge my husband would not have be able to access the packaging. One Employee did help. The packaging was not taken away because we were told it was a shop fisplay.

Ordered online at the weekend and product delivered the following Wed with minimum of fuss by the delivery guys, up and running now.

Customers please be aware of the hidden cost of removal of your old sofa. I paid €99 for product 056 delivery premium which does not include the removal of your old sofa. I thought I had it all paid for only to be told of my delivery day no and I had to pay €80 more or be left with my old sofa. The premium only covers delivery installation and removal of the packaging.

Professional
