Everything started well
Everything started well. Ordered online and within a few hours I was able to collect my order. It was in a bag and signed for it. One of the items was a protective case for the new phone. This was on Tuesday. I got home and later realised my case was not in the bag but a different item. Unfortunately at the time I realised the store was closed. I am not using the phone without a case but can't get back to the store till Sunday. Very frustrated and annoyed

Bought faulty neck fans
Bought 2x neck fans. These were quickly dispatched but on arrival one was not working, customer care organised for a replacement for the faulty one.... unfortunatly the replacement wasn't working either....

Delivery masterclass!
The lads we're in communication with me regarding times and answered the phone when I called them to keep me updated, they arrived after there normal working hours well after 18:00 and still took the time and great care to get my new product safely into the house. Very professional, helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend the delivery team!

Friendly delivery team
They were on time and they brought the stuff to my door. The delivery team was very polite. The company can improve on one thing though. If i buy furniture and electronics i should be able to combine my delivery instead of charging them separately

Contactless click and collect is the way to go
I ordered click and collect and the process was completely seamless.
The contactless click and collect is a game changer, especially when time is of the essence.
I literally drove up, parked and the product was brought to my car almost immediately.

Rude and extremely poor customer service
I ordered a phone but when it arrived the sim pin and clear cover (listed as coming in the box was missing). As I couldn't access the phone without the pin at least, I contacted the store my phone had been sent from. I was transferred somewhere and that person said that they needed to check with the online team and would call me back. They did not call back. I got a pin off a friend and bought a case locally and I'm sorted but fobbing off customers is extremely poor customer service, not to mention rude and I will not order again.

Don’t offer a service if it’s not available
Product was just as described and it came at a good price in the sale. My slight issue is that I submitted that I wanted to do the contactless click and collect to my car as my toddler was napping and it was also a heavy item. I waited 25 minutes before I gave up and woke my daughter up and went to grab it myself. Very clear at the till that they had no idea I had requested it be brought to the car. It’s not an issue if it hadn’t been a service that they literally offered when they sent the email that it was ready to be collected but it was offered and very useful to me at that moment so it was annoying. A woman at the till offered to help me bring the item out, which was very kind of her, but she was much smaller than me so it didn’t seem like a good option.
