Harvey Norman Ireland - Tralee Reviews 

I had cause to visit the Tralee Harvey Norman at the weekend. I had purchased a new printer online and as soon as I opened the box I realised I had not ordered the correct item. I took it to the Tralee branch and explained my error. The sales assistant explained what I should do and the matter was sorted very quickly. The three staff members I dealt with were extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The first person I met told me to take the item to the tech counter to get it checked, the second verified the item had not been set up or used and the third showed me what options I had in relation to a different model. I it was very smooth and well handled. Thank you Harvey Norman and well done.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Steven in Tralee who gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had from a chain store.

Steven couldn’t have done enough to help with order a laptop, and when there was a slight issue, he was immediately helpful and found a solution with absolutely no stress for me.

Steven should be training in all the customer service people.

What a gentleman.

I made a purchase online a few days ago and paid for it when I got the click and collect notification it said Tralee Co Kerry I meant to put the Limerick store in for collection I’ve been onto the store they directed me to the Customer care email and I received an email stating I should contact the Tralee store? Can anyone help me to get this order transferred to the limerick store today so I can collect it please ? Many thanks

Shop attendance were friendly yet professional with in depth knowledge of the products. They had time to listen to the needs I expected in the products

I could not recommend Harvey Norman Tralee highly enough, we bought all our appliances for new kitchen and had to replace our fridge, we dealt with Tina and had exceptional service from her throughout with follow up calls. Her knowledge is second to none, would not hesitate to deal with them again and especially Tina. Thank you Tina

Tralee Harvey Norman shop. I spent several hours doing a photo book in mid August. My first time to do a photobook and under pressure for upcoming event. But the absolute kindness, patience and help shown me by a young man called Dylan was truly remarkable. I kept changing my mind, he kept coming back to me to check on me and show me what to do, showing me quiet respect. I got my photo-book and was very happy. Thank you Dylan.
I would also like to add that all my experiences at Harvey Norman Tralee have been excellent. I find the staff exceptionally helpful and I travel miles for their customer service.

Went to have a look for a gaming pc in Tralee and was assisted by Tomas Ziga. He was knowledgeable about all components, very friendly and knew exactly what I wanted and directed me to the right product immediately.

I was dealing with Steven, the manager in the Electronics Department at Harvey Norman Tralee today, and I received excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help both me and my girlfriend. He took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

All of the staff we dealt with were friendly, attentive, and quick to ask if we needed any assistance, which made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.

Steven is a real credit to the store, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and Harvey Norman Tralee. Highly recommended!

Photo/gift service not very competent. Advised 4-5 days for a photo gift only to be told on the 5th day of waiting that I was "wrongly" advised and it would be 2 weeks. Mis informed by staff lead to a special gift being delayed by over 1 week. Not impressed. Could have gone elsewhere.

The lads over are so helpful I have a 5year old son who is non verbal autistic and he has broke a few tablets to say the least and the boys are always so helpful Darragh O’Brien and Thomas always make me feel good leaving cause I always feel so bad going in cause he broke another one

I previously bought a Google Pixel 8a from Harvey Norman and had ongoing battery issues. The manager checked it and told me everything was “fine”, so I gave the benefit of the doubt.In May 2026,

I upgraded to a Google Pixel XL Pro in May and chose not to return to Harvey Norman with the problems because of my last experience. Unfortunately, this new phone has been even worse. It overheats constantly, the typing jumps back to the start of a sentence while I’m writing, and the battery lasts maybe 3–4 hours — even though I was told it would last up to 3 days when purchased.

I’m very disappointed, especially after giving them a second chance. Based on my experience, I would advise others to stay clear for technical devices

I purchased a Samsung watch ( in error) couldn’t sync with iPhone . Harvey Norman gave me a full refund . More than happy with how I was dealt with by the staff

Refused to honour their own vouchers.website says they are valid for 5 years, but shop manager says they expired a month after issue, which is illegal under Irish law.

So in light of the reply below from Victoria, I emailednthe address supplied and guess what, it bounced!
Suspect this is just good pr and not a real attempt to honour their LEGAL obligation.
