The peppers were very fresh . Not 1 waisted pepper . So good and perfect heat for medium. It was like I was at the farm picking them up myself.

I love cooking with green chiles but they’re hard to find once I moved to Tennessee. I thought I’d have to start growing my own or, God forbid, give up on my favorite ingredient. The Hatch Green Chile Store was my answer! The chiles are top notch, better than anything from a can or jar. If you’re looking for a great source for green chiles, you found it here.

I ordered a 5 lb box of x-hot. Sadly, they were all wilted when they arrived. This was not the fault of The Chili Store! UPS held my order over the weekend in their facility, so I didn't receive them on time..3 days past the arrival date. I'm hoping to receive a replacement box soon. The store was very apologetic and will be sending me a fresh order! Kudos to The Hatch Chili Store!!

I had a little reservation about ordering produce, both fresh and frozen from an online vendor. But Hatch Chile way exceeded my expectations. The website is user-friendly, ordering easy-they recommend the proper shipping type for each product, so no guesswork, and the products arrived as promised.
The fresh chiles were delayed a bit because the company was waiting for proper harvest time, but their communication was excellent and once they were shipped they arrived via UPS to my location undamaged, fresh and green!
They even provided some great recipes online to make the chile roasting process quick and easy.
Highly recommend this company-thanks to the farmers, packers, shippers, and all the admin folks who make this work!

This is the second year we have bought chile from The Hatch Chile Store, and there will be a third! All of our hot chile arrived, as promised, in excellent condition, with plenty of shipping notice, and we got right to roasting it soon after receiving the box. It is all as advertised and quite delicious! Highly recommend this business!

For one thing, the customer service is top notch and the plants come very healthy, not to mention the boxes of Hatch peppers were also of great quality and delivery was fast. Love doing business with this company since they will not ship anything out unless it totally meets their standards. I will be back again!!

Living in Florida, I was apprehensive to order multiple boxes to be shipped overnight during the summer heat and humidity. The Hatch Chile Store did not disappoint! My boxes all came in when they said they would and no spoilage. I immediately opened all the boxes and cooled them down. Great chiles as always. Nice heat on the mediums this year.

I purchased the freeze dried green chilies and the dried powder but have not used them yet but I did enjoy my green chili tortillas and I was so impressed with customer service because they corrected a problem right away. I will be purchasing more products soon.

Very good product. We frozen them because they arrived the day before we left for camping. We took two peppers with us and smoked in the home made smoker. We stuffed them with cheddar cheese and pork loin pieces . Look forward to ordering more in the future.

Smaller size chilies than last year. Four chilies arrived broken. Called The Hat Chile Store and was told I need to take a picture within four hours of arrival……which I didn’t know, nor did I do. So, I’ll know better next time.

You can’t expect a business to just take my word for it and the chilies were already roasted right after arrival.

We ordered two 25 lb boxes of chile. One box arrived safely, the other box tragically was damaged and discarded during shipping(I still think someone liked chiles and just took it home😅). A phone call to the Hatch Chile Store and a replacement box was shipped the following week. The chile is fantastic and the customer support is even better! Will continue ordering from them annually! Our Hatch Green Chiles arrived in pristine condition. Bright green, smelling like Santa Fe. After roasting, they tasted like heaven. Made the best green chili stew!!!
