Well executed transaction. Everything went off to my satisfaction. You were up front on the delivery timeline, and you exceeded them. Pickup went smoothly and professional. Delivery driver "Keith" was professional, friendly, communicated well and was on time.

Communication was terrible. Not even close to the estimated pick up or drop off dates. I was told three different days for drop off and they finally came the third day. Bike seems okay but need to inspect it in daylight

The service provided was exactly as stated. I was not in a hurry and didn't have a deadline of when I needed the bike,so the pickup and delivery times that everyone complains about is on them for not choosing a different moving company. The price was half that of other companies and the bike arrived in the same condition as when it was picked up, well a bit dirtier. I would only suggest to others that if they need a delivery date set in stone they will need to shop around for someone that will guarantee a delivery date.

I used HB four years in a row, but they jacked the round trip price by 23 percent from last year.
On the plus side, HB picked up my bike on time, and delivered it on time according to the agreement. Also, the HB pickup and delivery drivers are super nice and they take care in loading and unloading my bike. On the negative side, your customer service - dispatch is terrible. When I worked with Kelly, she was pretty good. Now that she's moved to dispatch, she wouldn't respond to my emails. I had to work with Cheryl, Dottie and Darlene. All of them were freindly enough when I spoke to them, however, they never could not provide me with shipping updates when I asked. I sent an email to Cheryl on Oct 1 at 8:17am to inquire as to when my bike was leaving Butler terminal, and got no response. Crickets. So I had to call HB to try to get info. I believe I spoke to Dottie, and she had to send an email to dispatch. I asked her to put me on hold and just call dispatch, but she said that "HB protocall was to send an email and wait for a reply...cannot call them." HOW STUPID! Then, on Friday morning Oct 2, I called HB and spoke to Darlene. She told me that same thing, Gotta send an email to dispatch, but she would call me back before noon. She did call me back at 11:36am, and all she could tell me was my bike was on the dock. No info as to when it was leaving the Bulter terminal. On Sunday night Oct 4 around 8:30pm, I just happen to check the GPS tracker on my bike only to discover that it is in Marion, IL which is 7 hours away from Butler, WI. So for some reason, Darlene nor anyone from HB could tell me at 11:36am on Friday that my bike was loaded on a truck that was leaving Sunday around 10-11am. I had to find this out by monitoring my GPS tracker. In summary, HB did what they said per the agreement, the drivers are great, but after customer service gets your money, don't expect anything more from them.

What went wrong? Everything from the beginning.
The contract and payment were 8/03/26. The motorcycle was supposed to be picked up at the Durango HD dealership between 8/4 and 8/17 and delivered to a Phoenix HD dealership by 9/22/26. The motorcycle was finally picked up from the Durango dealership on 9/23/26. I had to make several calls and emails just to get it done that quickly. They basically had no idea where the bike was in the system every time I contacted them. The bike finally arrived in Phoenix on October 9, 2026. I would never recommend this company for delivery service.

Darlene was the best! You should use them just for her! I would use again after a Las Vegas to Ocala transport that went without a hitch.

My pickup and delivery times were way off. The original dates I was given were never met and couldn't get answers for either one. The only thing that saved you from a bad review was my delivery driver Clay

The delivery driver was great but the company was a bit frustrating. The bike almost 2 months longer to get to me than expected. It sat for 2 months and wasn’t put in transport mode. So it showed up with a completely dead battery and now won’t hold a charge. The driver and I tried to jump it and it fried some electronics. Now o need a new battery and I have to drive 4 hours to the dealer to have it fixed. This has been a terrible experience.

Great over all service. Dorthy was fantastic and very up front about the time frame to receive my motorcycle. I would have gave it a 5 star rating if i didn't have to chase down updates on pick up and drop off dates.

This could have not been any better! From the sales people in the office to the delivery driver, the service was phenomenal! Honestly, I don't even know why would anyone use any other carrier for their bikes. These guys only haul bikes and ALWAYS in the enclosed carrier! A+

I would have to say that the best part of the entire experience with HaulBikes, had to be Ryan, the driver that delivered the bike. He was fantastic. Very professional, and very informative. I talked to him the day before, and he said that he was going to do everything that he could to make it the next day, but that he had a lot to do ,and it might be the day after before he got to me. He texted me the next day to let me know that he was going to make it to me that day. He arrived when he said that he would, and delivered my bike to me. He was well spoken, and answered all of the questions that my brother and I had. The biggest problem that I had with my experience was that there was a complete lack of communication from HaulBikes from the day that my bike was picked up in Pennsylvania until the day before it arrived at my house. The only way that I knew anything about where my bike was at, was by me calling and asking.I did not even get any messages saying that my bike was going to be delivered until the night before it arrived. I will say that I was PISSED. I truly understand that HaulBikes transports a lot of bikes, but I still believe in communication. That is all that I really ask for from anybody. Overall, the price was GREAT,and the delivery was GREAT. I would definitely recommend HaulBikes, and I would use them anytime that I needed to transport a bike. THANK YOU HaulBikes!!!
