My pickup and delivery times were way off. The original dates I was given were never met and couldn't get answers for either one. The only thing that saved you from a bad review was my delivery driver Clay

Great service. Great price. And great people in the home office and the field. Thanks to Andie and both John’s for making sure our bikes made it safe and sound.

The delivery driver was great but the company was a bit frustrating. The bike almost 2 months longer to get to me than expected. It sat for 2 months and wasn’t put in transport mode. So it showed up with a completely dead battery and now won’t hold a charge. The driver and I tried to jump it and it fried some electronics. Now o need a new battery and I have to drive 4 hours to the dealer to have it fixed. This has been a terrible experience.

Great over all service. Dorthy was fantastic and very up front about the time frame to receive my motorcycle. I would have gave it a 5 star rating if i didn't have to chase down updates on pick up and drop off dates.

This could have not been any better! From the sales people in the office to the delivery driver, the service was phenomenal! Honestly, I don't even know why would anyone use any other carrier for their bikes. These guys only haul bikes and ALWAYS in the enclosed carrier! A+

I would have to say that the best part of the entire experience with HaulBikes, had to be Ryan, the driver that delivered the bike. He was fantastic. Very professional, and very informative. I talked to him the day before, and he said that he was going to do everything that he could to make it the next day, but that he had a lot to do ,and it might be the day after before he got to me. He texted me the next day to let me know that he was going to make it to me that day. He arrived when he said that he would, and delivered my bike to me. He was well spoken, and answered all of the questions that my brother and I had. The biggest problem that I had with my experience was that there was a complete lack of communication from HaulBikes from the day that my bike was picked up in Pennsylvania until the day before it arrived at my house. The only way that I knew anything about where my bike was at, was by me calling and asking.I did not even get any messages saying that my bike was going to be delivered until the night before it arrived. I will say that I was PISSED. I truly understand that HaulBikes transports a lot of bikes, but I still believe in communication. That is all that I really ask for from anybody. Overall, the price was GREAT,and the delivery was GREAT. I would definitely recommend HaulBikes, and I would use them anytime that I needed to transport a bike. THANK YOU HaulBikes!!!

We needed a bike hauler to move a large collection in one shot, and Haulbikes came through for us! Our driver, Jason, got his truck all the way into our business lot, which made the whole load much easier. He was organized, and had plenty of equipment to get our entire load properly secured safely and carefully. Overall, it was a great experience!

Extremely poor communication skills. I had to call to get any updates because only one office person ever called me… and only once. And that was to follow up with one of my many calls. No updates, no solid answers. This entire experience had me feeling like I was being pushed off. The bike arrived undamaged and just before the deadline I gave the company from day one, but I will not recommend daily direct to anyone without them knowing my experience. Many people recommended daily direct and I hope I’m the exception here… but my entire experience was handled poorly in my opinion. In the future, if you’re going to tell customers that they will be updated every time their bike is moved, you should really do so, I received no updates at all, I had to call. Right up to the Monday before the Friday delivery date in Arizona (to make sure I was doing my part) to find out that my bike was still sitting in Wisconsin … no one bothered to make a call to inform me of anything …that is until the driver called to set delivery time. (He was great, and did what he said he would do, unlike others at this company) All in all I'm glad that the bike is intact and in my possession … but I’m also glad the experience is over. I don’t normally complain, but this should have been a totally different experience according to some others. All I can say that will make any difference is, just be a better company than you portray yourself to be, not the other way around. I’ve learned a lesson here, hopefully daily direct will too.

It took almost 2 months for the bike to finally arrive. I received 2 different delivery dates and than was delivered to the wrong address, about 100 miles away. It was nice from the driver to pick up the bike again and deliver it to the right address.

As usual I used haul bikes and everything went as planned. I know it's going to take some weeks. But. Everything went as planned. John was ince again my driver. Knows where to be. Gave me great heads up on when he will be here.

Dorothy made the pre-delivery collaborative. There was a lot of moving parts and I am first timer. I always felt like I was dealing with a family and not a corporate entity

The driver was amazing. The selected spot was not feasible and he found another that worked out well and he stayed with me until the bike was off and running, which was a little fun. I appreciate his commitment to making sure that I was OK.

Reliable service from one Harly dealership to another. Took about a month. Bike was filthy when it arrived, so suspect was outside at some point

It was delivered within the original “up to 12 weeks” estimate, for a low price. However, in being told when it would be picked up, dates kept slipping which was frustrating and I wasn’t always given updated info. Then asking about it during transit gave me responses like they didn’t know it was already at their hub (but it was for weeks). When the driver showed up, he didn’t know the main fuse was pulled and couldn’t figure out why the bike wouldn’t turn on earlier. Then he didn’t know where the key was (nor the fuse but I was able to find both). Ultimately, it was delivered (filthy) so job accomplished; communications is what could be vastly improved.

Transported my Harley from TN to CA - communication was good and bike arrived in excellent condition. Price was very competitive and drivers at pick and delivery were exceptional.

Office staff professional,informative,great communication,&followup.Driver communicated his status as needed. On drop off, he was professional, personable,informative.& no wasted time. Haul Bikes is #1 in the motorcycle transport service.

The whole process was great. The staff handled everything and there were no surprises. Driver kept in touch, met the scheduled date & time. the driver hade my bike unloaded and ready for inspection. All I had to do was inspect, sign, and drive it. Great!

Great customer service, and it was done in a timely manner. With use them again.lol
