Daily Direct HAULBIKES Reviews

Easy to work with. Unfortunately, they didn’t put our bike in transport mode. We called the shipping point who said they clearly detailed how this needed to be done. It arrived with a completely dead battery.

I signed up with Crystal, who is very nice, and got an excellent price. Bike was delivered in the time alotted, 37 days from pick up, but we accounted for as many as 45 days because I live in a not so well traveled area.
So I'm very happy with the time.

Keith the driver is excellent and helpful. Great guy and seemed to really care everything was right and very sociable too. Customer satisfaction was clearly seen. I'd definitely do business again with Haul bikes. They were quicker than the last shipper and by far more cooperative.

I would very highly recommend Haul bikes because motorcycles are what they do!

Their service was performed as we negotiated.

Always a pleasure working with you and everyone's always very nice thank you.

I'm a repeat customer, great delivery service & reasonable pricing. It's nice having those pickup/delivery updates!

Poor communication
Making promises and not following through.

Unfortunately, it took 5 weeks and 5 days for our motorcycles to get back home. Much longer than other delivery services we have used.

Sheryl Koehler was extremely helpful in securing our reservations and keeping us abreast of the order. The transport took a little longer to reach our destination, but it was out of Haulbikes control (weather). The bike was delivered in excellent condition and the driver was very professional and courteous.

Your driver was the consummate professional who obviously loves his job. I highly recommend your company to anyone planning to ship a bike. It is rare in today's business environment to find a company that provides high quality, timely, and customer based service.

Delivered just couple of days later than initial delivery date with no damages.

Easy pick up, Fast delivery, low cost and the Bike got there in great shape

Bike arrived in beautiful condition. Very good communication with all involved. Pick up date was on time , as well as drop off. Very reasonable prices.

My experience with HaulBikes was exceptional from the first call until the day I received my bike. Everyone was professional and courteous. You could tell that they cared about my bike and my peace of mind throughout the process.

Tracking was poor, no dates that were stated were met. I was told to get the bike to the pickup point by July 14th and it sat there until August 6th. Next tracking update said it was picked up on 9/6!! Very glad this was a one-time only experience.

Price was right and the bike arrived just fine. I was in no hurry so this worked out perfectly for me. This was my first time shipping a bike and the people I talked to were extremely helpful and informative. Could not have been easier. I left and air tag on my bike and it was pretty cool to watch travel to me.

The entire ecperiance...from the first (very helpful)contact with Dorothy Nolte to the delivery by Mike (last name unknown)...was VERY SMOOTH.
I was satisfied with the price.
I was kept in formed of the progrss of my delivery.
The deliver was prompt, smooth and very friendly.
I will always recommend your service.

Everyone was professional throughout the process. Delivery driver Ivan was fantastic to deal with. Ivan communicated well, was polite and respectful and he really cares about making an on time, damage free delivery. It's obvious Ivan sets the bar high for other drivers and is an asset to Haul Bikes !

Pleasant to deal with, and most importantly bike arrived with no damage

Shipping window was six weeks and bike was five weeks beyond that window. Haulbikes had my bike in their possession for eight weeks. Eight weeks! I had use plans which I had to cancel. I never would have used this company if I knew they could not deliver on their commitments. And their communications were horrible. I had to keep requesting updates and never was confirmed that they even still had the bike. Unnecessarily difficult and stressful. Highly recommend using a different company for motorcycle shipping needs. Will be posting this review elsewhere.

Faster than expected. Bike arrived in perfect condition.
