No communication, over a month late, promise of reimbursement only to be ignored.

The whole process was excellent and I am very happy with Haul Bikes and their service. Pick-up and drop off were very smooth and both drivers were great with communication to set the time to meet. I had a small issue with my windshield during transport and the Haul Bikes team has been very responsive and working with me to get the solution in a very professional and efficient manner. I would 100% recommend Haul Bikes for anyone that is planning on shipping their motorcycle!

The delivery time took longer than I expected however once the driver arrived he was professional and he did excellent work.

While Haul Bikes always does a nice job and the drivers I've met have always been first rate the issue this time was extremely late delivery. Originally estimated to arrive around July 5th. Actual delivery was September 3rd, about 2 months later than expected and over 3 months after pick up. I would like to think they are capable of better than that. Bike was from Connecticut to Illinois. Thomas

Price was right. There could have been some kind of notification on the initial pickup of the motorcycle.

Haul bikes always gets my bikes to me in perfect condition. The sales folks and the drivers are top tier. This last delivery was no different. Bike was in great shape. The problem lies with their routing and dispatch team. My fourth bike delivery from Haul Bikes, their forth time being late. Not just a little, over a month. Think about what that does to a busy professional’s plans and deadlines. This time in particular was the worst, I finally got the email with my delivery window. Great. I had to fly out on business so I booked to fly two days after the last day of the window that haul bikes provided. No problem right? Wrong, a couple days after I set my meetings with a very valuable client, booked my tickets, car and accommodations, Haul Bikes sent another email revising their delivery, advising that it would now be later, and right in the middle of the time I was out for work. After multiple calls explaining this wasn’t going to happen and that the issue is on them. They suggested I contact a local dealer and ask them to take the delivery and store it. Really Haul bikes? I’m supposed to pay for your errors? I don’t think so. They eventually got the driver to contact me, he did and we got it worked out. If not for the driver being very flexible this transaction I would have given a zero star rating. I know the bikes are well taken care of during the trip but the delays and lack of any real schedule have me searching for a LTL trucking company that knows where their trucks are going and when they will arrive. Will I use haul bikes again? Maybe as a last resort for enclosed transport.

Driver was professional, friendly and new bikes he was a bike rider for years and really knew what he was doing, he actually called twice before he showed up and came early couldn’t be happier with haul bikes

My bike was delivered in perfect condition significantly ahead of the deadline.

The bike was picked up about 2 weeks after the scheduled date. It was then delivered on the scheduled day. The bike was in great shape with no issues and the truck drivers (Bill and his wife) were awesome! I am giving 4 stars because the communication was non existent. I had to call and leave messages, that were never answered, to find out the pick up date. Then the only communication that the truck was arriving for the delivery was the truck driver a day in advance. I never received any updates from the company. The service could have certainly been worse, but I would think that if all the company does is pick up, haul, and deliver motorcycles, they would have it down to a science. Like I said, the motorcycle was delivered in perfect condition with no issues which was the most important thing.

The bike came one day early. The driver was courteous and a good representative of your company. I had assumed it would be later than the quoted time based on online reviews and was OK with that, but it was early. Bike was handled well. The handle bar mounted switch was left on and the battery wasn't enough to start the bike, worked fine after charging. I will be using HaulBikes again.

drop off date was literally a month later then I was told. The person who took my reservation never once answered my calls. I attempted 3 times one day. I then called from a different number and they answered right away.

Although we appreciated the options for pick up and delivery and the price was right, there were significant delays in both pickup and delivery. We were without our bikes for nearly 2 months. They were not communicative with us at all and we had to constantly reach out for updates. Our bikes did arrive without any damage, but it was clear that all of our compartments had been gone through and contents from each bike were swapped. It appears as though all items were present, but we had to dig around to find everything. We had 2 Can-Am Spyders transported.
