Fast and reliable

Well where do I begin.. everything was going good for a few years with the payments coming out once a month once certain day. As of February 2023 I missed one payment with them and I tried to contact them saying I was going to come up with the payment when I got my taxes and so on and appreantly they assumed that I'd missed the second payment in March and now everything is going to their law department and now they put a lein on my house only giving me 1 or 2 days to pay the the amount that they are asking. They don't care if families have young children they want their money right away. I'm trying to come up with solutions to pay my bills and take care of my family. I don't recommend this company to anyone since they liking screwing ppl over BIG TIME. They are trying to force me and my family out of the house to make them look better.

Work got very slow for me so I ended up one payment behind on my mortgage and was told it's been handed over to legal and they also stopped taking regular payments. Got a letter from their legal dept. Within 2 weeks saying I owed the 2 months now as well as another 2000 for fees. If not payed 2 days before I received the letter they would proceed with foreclosure. 2 weeks later was served with papers. They are not interested in working with or helping people at all. Only thing there concerned about is their bottom line. They are definitely preying on people's misfortunes. Would not recommend anyone using this company as a lender.

Mortgage Renewal couldn't have been easier! Very happy that we were able to renew our mortgage quickly by just signing and emailing back to Alnoor Nenshi. He quickly confirmed receipt and we received our Renewal Documents next day.

I've had a couple weeks off work due to back spasms. I broke our agreement missing two payments. Haventree Bank's penalty is 67% of the payment plus a $ 100.00 administration fee. If you miss a payment Haventree Bank will bury you in penalties. They've had a property maintenance company show up unannounced with a notice to call the maintenance company to let them know how many people live here. I got a call from them yesterday afternoon telling me I had to have $ 1,000.00 by end of day. I forwarded them a email showing I have been approved for a mortgage refinancing in 2 weeks by another lender and that the missed payments were included. Haventree had sent me a renewal a couple weeks ago several points higher than any other offer. I was told they couldn't wait 2 weeks for their money and that they will be foreclosing. Haventree Bank is a predatory company.

My specialist was very helpful in the renewal process.

The agent that handled my renewal was not very efficient. He sent me via email papers to sign and said that he was extending my deadline by one day. I have not had any contact with him at all prior to that email.
It took 16 messages back-and-forth before we got the paper signed properly.
It was the same way last year. The agent is not very proficient and knowledgable about sending emails and having them signed. I would prefer not to deal with that agent anymore. That’s twice that he had trouble communicating.
If you wish I can send you the emails that show you exactly what miscommunication was happening.

Everything was done in a timely manner. Forms were easy to fill out and send back.

I applied for an IT position, through an agency, at the HeavenTree company and was very excited to join them for a life time career to put my 110% in. After completing 2 online IQ tests, passing a technical panel interview with 3 of their technical employees, passing a behavioral interview with their director of IT and going in for a face to face interview with their VP of IT whom persisted on providing two references immediately, they decided to not to hire me because I was not bilingual. In the job description it was indicating as "not mandatory". How professional these people are? Obviously none. Did they care about my time and effort? No. Are they trustable? Absolutely not. I would never recommend working for this company as they don't appreciate your time, efforts and interest in working for them. I was even humiliated for my 25 years of work experience on my resume by their VP of IT. Isn't that a discrimination? Yet still I kept my professionalism by respecting the VP by giving her outstanding complements on her career. Shame on her who treats people like dirt.

I was very nervous because I'm not very computer savvy. But your Associates helped me effortlessly.

It was seemless to renew...although I wish rates had been better. It helps we will get tge cash back signing bonus.
