Excellent place to trust, lots of positive help

I enjoyed working with manager I was working with. Her name was Danica Ramos. She was very knowledgeable and helped us. She was very pleasant and always willing to answer a question. I would prefer working with the same manager to renew my mortgage every year because they know you and they are able to help you best.

We've been with Haventree for 4 years and we have good credits but wanted to not move our mortgage for now. Unfortunately, this is costing my husband and I dearly 😢 service us not the greatest of the last three years we got our offer in May even though our mortgage comes up in August, this year we had to contact the bank and not so good of an experience. Also, once your file is assigned to someone most are rude because they understand you need their help. We just lost our mom and not in a good place but over 7% wow

Special delivered my mortgage renewal costing me 53$ only to be told it wasn't received numerous times then finding out it was delivered to head office weeks before but the guy from Toronto wouldn't believe me until I gave him the tracking # I think you need better communication and better bedside manners

C’est une institution financière humaine! Les employés sont professionnels et compréhensif! Le temps d’attente au téléphone , quand on a besoin d’eux, est vraiment minime! Bref, il n’y a aucune raison, comme client , de ne pas vouloir faire affaire avec eux!

payout coming for CWB but the non stop harrassment to renew at an astronimical interest rate even being your client for several years is over bearing and beyond unimaginable! Phone calls, emails, mail, people coming to my house harrassing me to renew! not fun and then I tell you a payout is coming and you STILL RENEW MY MORTGAGE are you kidding me!!?!?!?!!?!?!?

Haventree increased mortgage rate by 40%.
For no reason.
Too expensive, but service ok

Disappointed with the massive rate increase upon renewal, despite having cleared a consumer proposal and posting a 100+ point credit score increase, renewal rate difference was still much higher then the rate differential for previous term.

Haventree made everything simple and quick! Very friendly.

They increase our mortgage rate by 40% from one year to the other .
Despite we never defaulted or postponed mortgage payments.
This should be ilegal, looking to make an official complaint

The agent Alex has been very professional and efficient. He was very attentive to my concern and he patiently guided and instructed me. The overall service was great.

If I could give no stars I would. Bank is not willing to work with me at ALL for interest rate, got told there is nothing they can do. I'm now selling cause I can't afford a mortgage double what it was ! Bank was also unable to give me am estimate if I rolled it into a convertible mortgage while selling. I was told the system can't give them numbers until it switched. I asked them to just do a manual calculation to give me an estimate. 2 staff members didn't know how to do manual calculations, they strictly were relying on the omputer system! How is this acceptable!
