I wish I had read the reviews. Ordered 2 of the egg poachers and I was billed for 4. Emailed to say a mistake but £54 was taken from my pay pal account. Keep getting e mails about unfinished order and to complete. Egg poachers came yesterday what a joke they are plastic and flimsy. Tried e mailing to complain but no response. Impossible to contact this company. Please please avoid. You can buy egg poachers for £1.99 in B&M which are better quality.

I ordered 1 Microwave Egg Poacher, cost £14.60. They sent me 5 & charged me over £58. I sent them an email asking how I could return the 4 that I didn't order & didn't want. I received no response, I went back to the website to see if I could find any information about returning goods & all it said was that you couldn't return them after they have been passed to the carrier!!! Never heard of such poor service, UNBELIEVABLE!!! If I could have given half a point or no points I would have.

Like many others I ordered one egg poacher but it was altered to two totalling £31.27. Immediate emails and numorous further mails and phone messages are totally ignored by the company. I have been bombarded with messages about my incomplete cart though they took payment at once and told me I they were shipped.
At least the poachers arrived today, a month late, but they are very poor quality - small thin plastic and say you need a toothpick to remove the eggs! What happened to the lovely big nonstick ones advertised??
This company seems totally unscrupulous

How could this company improve....well they could deliver the goods you order and also have a contact number you can contact them on. Ordered egg poachers on 23rd September money gone from my account have been told they are being delivered then contact made by inpost to say can't find address what a scam don't order from them they are no good

AVOID these scammers.
My dad bought an egg poacher. They charged double for it then started taking £30 a month out of his bank account.

If I could give minus stars I would, and just wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. I have had the exact same experience: ordering one item then having the cart loaded up with stuff you don’t want and have to cancel, followed by a bombardment of emails with fake time countdowns urging you to finish your order. Meanwhile original order not delivered and trying to reply to emails fails. Avoid like the plague

I spent £89.09 on egg pouchers, and adding stuff on, still not received order or refund, i sent loads of emails with no reponse, just emails asking me to compelet my order even tho i have already paid, anyone reading this please please stay away from this company, total scam.

I also ordered egg poachers two weeks ago, but have tried to contact them to find out when delivery will appear, to no avail. I keep being sent more and more requests to order things from them with discounts. Fed up with them. No email at time of ordering to make me feel this is a genuine business! Should not be allowed to advertise if they can’t be contacted as they ask to by email. Will NOT use their phone number. All in all - unless a miracle happens and the goods appear months later from now, I, for one, will not order/use them ever again, and warn others against them. Be aware!!

Will not answer messages when asking for delivery date and has come up as a possible scam. Over 2 weeks since order. Should have been 3-4 days.

Ordered an egg poacher on 23/09/26 and am still waiting even though email said it had been dispatched. Have sent six emails to no avail not even a reply so don’t have anything to do with this company, they are scammers.

I ordered one (but they processed two) egg poachers on 21 Sep. There has been no delivery after 2 weeks.
Tracking by Shop from the QR code doesn't recognise the tracking code or the Order Number.
My 3 emails have been ignored.
I would be reluctant to order from them again!
