Hayter scam or system error are you going to fulfill your word
Dear hayter as a loyal commercial customer since 2004 ive purchased over 50 professional machines off you in this time ,recently I purchased a cordless pro 48 as a promotion l ordered the machine in March for April delivery its now August I received the machine 2 weeks ago which is bad enough then i filled in the promotion claim form then for the x2 10amp free batteries and you have just got back to me saying I have entered unreadable receipts from my dealer which are completely readable this is incorrect and when re submitting the receipts your system is crashing not accepting my evidence your customer service has not got back to me regarding the matter and to be honest im obviously not impressed with your customers care having read other reviews either this is a scam or system error please either give me the batteries or refund me in full
