We are delighted with our new conservatory and pleased that Martin introduced us to Hazlemere. We have been impressed with the process from start to finish. Luke gave sensible and sound advice on your products and Gary and work team were very considerate whilst carrying out the work. They worked extremely well to finish the conservatory on time and left everything clean and tidy.
We are now really enjoying our conservatory and impressed with the high standard.
We would definitely recommend Hazlemere.

Hazlemere – a cautionary tale
Hazlemere fitted the windows on a multi-million-pound residential property where I bought an apartment three years ago. My windows are a constant problem due to thermal expansion and contraction. They pop and creak, sometimes over a hundred times a day. It’s a complete nightmare. A gust of wind or a neighbour closing their front door can also cause my window frame to shift and make a loud cracking noise.
Hazlemere refuse to replace the frame nor engage with me. The warranty provider won’t help, and is therefore worthless. The developer just kicks the can down the road and advise me it’s all down to Hazlemere or there is nothing that can be done. I couldn’t sell my property now, even if I wanted too.
I would never buy another property again if I found out that Hazlemere fitted the windows.

Paul, the salesman provided good advice and options on the windows and door we were seeking. Kieron, the surveyor took great care in ensuring the options chosen would work in view of some specific challenges and the installation guys did a great job and left the areas neat and tidy afterwards.

Excellent and caring all the way, cannot fault. Joe and Scott the installers were so helpful and considerate, as was everyone along the line. The windows and doors were installed during a very cold and wet week, and we were kept in the loop as to where they were working next so we could escape somewhere warmer! A very good experience all round.

From day 1 when Sean came to our house he didn’t waste time talking, we told him what we wanted he designed it there and then everything was quick and efficient and my visit to showroom to finalize the choice was so easy .

From Lukes' early planning visits, Scott's team during site surveys, to Harry, Adam and Liam the groundswork team who effortlessly removed the old and installed the new base and brickwork to a fantastic finish, especially in the freezing weather!!
The build team, John, Dan and Adam were so meticulous in their work application, and flexible working around other trades who were in.
Then the associated trades who followed on, RS plasters and Rush Electrics have produced a fantastic finish so all we have to do now is the decorating!!
I can't praise this company enough and would definitely reccomend them to anyone wanting a new living space.

Brilliant job from all at Hazlemere Windows . I am delighted with my new doors and windows. The installation team were both professional and efficient. My house is now much more secure and heat is better retained within. My house also looks so much better too. Thanks to everyone.
