Thoroughly impressed - would highly recommend!
We have been thoroughly impressed with Hazelmere Windows, and would highly recommend them to friends and family!
Our early 19th century house needed some modern windows as the old ones were just simply not up to standard. We live in a conservation area and had to ensure local rules and regulations were followed.
A quick internet search brought up Hazlemere Windows, and a quick message to them asking for a quote and more details was responded to promptly.
Hazlemere Windows provided a very good quote, along with an interest-free “Buy Now Pay Later” scheme, which was most welcome. They also had experience in planning applications for situations such as ours. As a result, the planning application went through smoothly with no problems whatsoever.
The installers (Ash and Luke) were absolutely fantastic. They respected our property, and ensured everything was clean and tidy afterwards. It was an absolute pleasure to ply them with tea and biscuits!
The new windows (UPVC sash) look amazing, and Ash and Luke even tidied up some of our external brickwork, which was most appreciated.
To summarise then, superb customer service, amazing value, and incredible installers! Thank you to everyone at Hazlemere Windows 😃

New conservatory installation
From start to finish of our project the team at Hazlemere did everything possible to ensure we were happy with our new conservatory. The contract price quoted and agreed upon was fair and with no hidden extras.
Our designer used his knowledge and expertise to create a final design exactly to our requirements. Our project manager and kept us informed at every stage of the project and was always available to give advice and to ensure it all ran smoothly. It was reassuring to have a central point of contact during the work The base work team were incredibly hard working, even during the heatwave and did a great job. The installation was slightly hampered by some bad weather but the installation team kept things on track installing the roof and windows.
All the work was carried out with great attention to detail and exactly to plan. I was greatly impressed by the professionalism shown by the whole team who were friendly and helpful.

No nonsense company from start to finish.
From our initial showroom visit to completed installation all the members of staff were friendly and helpful, without being pushy or insincere.
After an initial visit to our home for a survey we were presented with detailed information of the service process and a photoshopped image of what the end result would look like.
A further deatailed survey was made for accuracy and installation date set to suit us.
The installation was amazing; the skill and care with which our old windows were removed and eight new windows and a door were installed in two days by one man was impressive to say the least. Everything was left clean and tidy, well done! Thanks.
