Throughout our journey with Hazlemere we have met with friendly helpful staff who have a can do, honest, professional approach to getting the work done in a quick efficient manner. From our initial visit from Bob who assessed the job of replacing our patio doors, giving us very useful advice, up to Dan and Jamie who fitted the doors efficiently and meticulously. Bob was on hand throughout and arrived on the day of fitting to ensure all was going smoothly. A phone call from head office followed every stage to check that we were happy with the process and also to advise us when our doors were ready and arrange installment.

Right from our initial visit to the Hazelmere showroom to discuss our new door design; to the follow through after sales customer service; to the meeting with the surveyor and the installation, the whole experience has been amazing and an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. Of particular note was the attentive customer service we received from Danny in sales and the efficient, helpful and knowledgeable installation team Richie and Ash. An A* experience all round.

The standard of service and quality of the craftsmanship in providing a new conservatory roof was excellent, which included plastering and new lighting. We were kept well informed throughout the process and everyone could not have been more helpful in ensuring we received exactly what we wanted. Thank you.

Easy and quick. I told them what l wanted, the sales person was very efficient and knowledgeable. Finlay reassured me on all my concerns and answered all my questions. From order to installation, it was a quick turnaround. The fitters were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made. I was very happy with the end result and would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

The two young men who came to undertake the installation were very professional in their approach yet at the same time easy to communicate with as the work progressed. They did not waste time and kept things as tidy as possible on the day. Once the work was completed they cleared up any residual (bits and pieces) and left the area in a clean and tidy state. They worked very well as a team and no disagreements were heard throughout the whole process. The end product (Bi-Fold doors) looked very efficient and sturdy. There was one minor hiccup which came to light the following day but was rectified with attendance on the two following days Again this was minor with the company despatching staff as soon as the issue came to light. This also contributes to the 5 star rating that I have given

From beginning to end of project all as would have hoped with this local company who have done replacement windows over time for the whole house.

Daniel was extremely helpful with selecting the right window for us. The surveyor also. After the waiting period the scaffolding went up, then Ashley and Luke fitted the smaller window we wanted & extended the brickwork/wall in two days. We were happy with work. A great job all round. Professional service from beginning to end. Quality product and kept informed of delivery and fitting, Josh and Jake (fitters) were great and tided up after themselves and nothing was too much trouble.

New door and side panel are fabulous. Team arrived early. Got the job done by lunch time (1pm). Hit a slight snag with the locking mechanism but a new mechanism was delivered by the Hazlemere team to resolve. The team also helped ensure the wiring for our Ring door bell fed through to the outside.
