Not having bought a property for nearly 30 years we were somewhat rusty on the current process. I cannot fault the amazing service we received from HCB Legal for the conveyancing of both the property we were selling and our onward purchase. They were so responsive and in the end we were able to push the whole process through in just over 11 weeks. I couldn't recommend them enough!
