Our company cancelled within the agreed period as outlined in the contract, but we’ve had no response and no refund. We’ve reached out privately several times to several personnel and via legal with zero response. The breach of contract terms and unresponsiveness is both alarming and deeply concerning, falling far below any acceptable standard of professional and ethical conduct.
HealthBox has been a valuable tool to our organisation
HealthBox is our first employee self service platform which we implemented in January of this year, and it has been a very positive experience for both HR and our staff. Staff have quickly adapted to the user-friendly modules such as Leave, Performance and Expenses. We are currently working on the Recruitment and Shifts module. The Read and Sign feature within the company documents is a great feature for publishing policies and updates. The platform offers lot of reporting and analytic tools for managers and HR that help in making informed decisions. The automated reminders, notifications and alerts triggered by the system has significantly reduced manual tracking and administrative work. The entire HBHR team and especially our Client Executive Brook have been extremely helpful and supportive in the migration, implementation and training process making the transition smooth for our staff. We still seek their help for new requirements and they are very efficient and respond very promptly. Overall, HBHR has proved to be a valuable tool to our organization.

Recently implemented HealthBoxHR
Our company started implementing HealthBoxHR several months ago. Our aim was to move away from our paper based systems to online and to streamline our processes. We started with the Leave module and within weeks we went live with employee holiday requests and line manager approvals. Line managers now have vision of their departments calendar without having to keep manual spreadsheets up to date.
Recording employees sickness, approval and return to work questions are now also online. We also use the Rota, Time and Attendance for employees clocking in and out and we have linked this to the fire register. Our next stage is to implement and interface the payroll module. A special mention to our dedicated support person Anthony, who is always on hand to answer the many questions we throw at him!

New Customer Review
We have just rolled out HealthBox HR and have had an excellent experience so far. The transition from our old system to HealthBox was made seamless and having a single point of contact during the set up phase made asking any questions very straightforward. We are in our first month with the system and already have feedback from managers and employees that the HealthBox UI is much more user friendly and intuitive. From an admin perspective I would agree with this and the set up of the modules we use has been simple and effective.

We’ve had a very positive experience with HealthBoxHR. The system brings all HR processes into one place, making day-to-day tasks much more efficient and reducing manual work. Reporting and analytics are clear and easy to use, and the Self Service Portal encourages strong employee engagement.
Onboarding is seamless, with a smooth transition from recruitment to new starter setup, and access controls are simple to manage. Data import/export is straightforward, with helpful templates and excellent support from the team.
A special mention to Emma Detterburg, who has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable — her support has made a real difference to our experience. Overall, HealthBoxHR is intuitive, functional, and backed by a team that genuinely cares about making the platform work for us. Highly recommended!

Healthbox HR Journey
We implemented Healthbox HR and went live at the beginning of this year, and the impact on our operations has been extremely positive, this platform can be tailored, and we are currently using the HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance.
The ability to have a single, source for all employee data, documents, holiday requests, and absence tracking and reporting is invaluable. It is incredibly easy to use and navigate for both the HR team and employees. Staff members can access their payslips, book time off, and update their personal details via the self-service portal
Our Account Manager Emma has been a fantastic support throughout from the initial setup to answering ad-hoc questions, her responses are fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
Only 1 downside to date, as a business we had an urgent data issue which needed rectifying with urgency however, they don’t have a designated contact telephone number. We have since escalated this to Healthbox and the Team are looking at this and the customer experience.
In short, Health HR is a strong tool for any business looking to streamline their HR processes and empower their workforce.

I have used many HR Software systems for several Blue Chip Corporations. I have found HealthBox HR both intuitive and easy to use. The interface is logical and displays are clear. Approvals are easy and integrations seamless. The team are also very responsive. Would highly recommend

Never contacted this company, never given out my details yet I'm getting several spam emails from them. Even when you ignore them and delete them you still get a 'I'm writing to follow up on my previous email...'
I'll never do business with a company who uses spam lists to just send email after email. Avoid and work with a company who doesn't spam like this
Edit - when I’ve been spammed I’m not going to give out my contact details to you for obvious reasons.
And does it matter about other reviews I’ve done ? So everytime I get spammed I should be fine about it and not complain ? Don’t spam and I won’t complain

Such a great move for us!
We wanted to find a HR and payroll system that saved us time and more importantly was good value for money and this is exactly what we found in HBHR.
Its shaved days off our payroll processing, their communication is great and the support we have received from them is brilliant (particular mentions to Courtney, Carly and Stephanie).
There's a few little teething issues that we are working through but we do have a very complex payroll so it was to be expected. Once these are resolved I am sure it would be a full 5* from us.

Exceptional Support
We switched over from an American HR platform to HBHR in search of a better feature for booking time off. This has been a good move and quite a relief after 3 years of frustration.
HBHR has a lot of potential and I am excited to see how it will progress with future improvements and customer-led development.
Courtney, our Client Executive is amazing. She has been on hand to offer support within a timely manner and if there isn't a way to do things how we would want them she will figure out a 'workaround' for us wherever possible.
I'm looking forward to seeing if any our my development requests are implemented as I'm sure it would be a 5* review then!

We transitioned to HealthboxHR to find a more cost-effective solution for managing our workforce. The integrated biometric time and attendance module gives us real time visibility of who is on site and has helped streamline staff planning across the organisation.
The managed payroll service has been a success, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing in line with UK regulations. A standout feature is the platform’s AI capability, which allows us to access and interpret workforce data quickly, through a clean and user-friendly interface.
The purpose-built mobile app has been a game changer for our team members who don’t have daily access to PCs. It enables them to book holidays and view payslips from home, making HR services far more accessible and inclusive for all staff.
The team behind the system are highly knowledgeable and always on hand to resolve any queries as they arise. Their support has been excellent throughout the transition and continues to be an important element of our partnership.
Although there are still areas of the system we’ve yet to implement, the One Platform model offers the flexibility to activate new modules as and when we’re ready. It’s a scalable and forward-thinking solution that supports our ongoing drive for efficiency and smarter workforce management. We’re very pleased we made the move.

The platform is easy to use, and the team are always approachable and quick to respond whenever we need support. Healthbox HR ... simply the best
Having tried other HR software I have to say that I think Healthbox HR is the best on the market. It has combined HR, Payroll and Timekeeping in one place saving me so much time and the business a lot of money.
The support and training we have received is the best I have ever experienced in a 34 year career and I have been party to many software changes during those years. Emma And Graeme are so helpful and patient and I can't thank them enough for all the support I have received during our software change over.
I highly, highly recommend this product and the company.
