I have order the SIBO test kit and it has been 10 days now and it hasnt arrived yet. There is no real people for live chat and there is no telephone live chat support. The email support is very slow. It is up to 2 working days.
Got a reply, it is saying that the address entered was incomplete. There is no validation on the address.
There was no feedback or what so ever. All I got was that the kit was sent successfully. Healthpath was just trying to redirect the fault to the customer or the royal mail.

Been feeling horrendously ill as of late I've got celiac disease & been managing it for 3 years & i got really sick & my symptoms changed dramatically did a ton of research & hypothesised sibo was the likely culprit, all the new symptoms matched & it made sense with me using ppi's for a long period of time it increased my likelihood of having it, meticulously read the instructions & faq's to see if there was any mention of celiac disease or other info my condition means I have low motility of the gut meaning food moves through my gut very slowly there was nothing about any of this in their faq's so purchased their sibo test did it all correctly, read their instructions meticulously, got my results back negative for everything but the test shows on my very last breath tube my hydrogen spiking so I thought my low motility would make the whole test go slowly so I emailed them & asked them about this & just kept getting vague answers & the brush off & the likelihood of false negatives are also a thing so I just asked if I could do the test again & drink the lactulose & increase the time period before starting the testing to see if this made the difference but alass no luck got brushed off, wasted £175 I wouldn't recommend this test or company unfortunately.

I ordered a stool test from Healthpath which came back positive for H. pylori. Naturally, I was alarmed and took it seriously. However, I retested a week later at a trusted private lab, and the result came back negative.
It’s medically unrealistic for H. pylori to clear on its own in just a week without any treatment, which makes it clear that the original result from Healthpath was incorrect.
I reached out to customer support and found the response lacking. No real accountability, no refund, and no reassurance about how such a serious error could have happened.
For a company dealing with health and diagnostics, accuracy should be the bare minimum. I’ve completely lost trust in their testing process and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

I did a SIBO test, the kit arrived in good time and the instructions were clear etc. However, it's coming up to a month now and I haven't had any results back. Heathpath are relatively transparent about the times (although some adverts say 5 days), 5 working days to get to the London address, then 14 working days for it to be sent to Germany to be analysed. I just hoped that was a maximum and not the norm.
While the transparency is good, I just think that's way too long to keep people waiting in uncertainty considering the price of the test. If you're ok with the wait then it's fine but I will look for a UK based lab in the future.
Edit: Updated to 4 star as the communication was good after the review. It'd be 5 with a quicker turnaround.

Amazing customer service! I spent nearly £500 on tests in June 2023. Due to unexpected health problems I was unable to take the tests and thought I had left it too late. I explained my circumstances to Healthpath and they not only said I could still take the tests, but also sent out new test kits, as some parts were out of date. Not all companies would honour this, well done Healthpath.

I've reached the end of my Healthpath journey - at least for the moment. I have to say I am very content with the point I've got to. I have enough clarity and energy to approach daily life now, adopting suggested therapies, combining organic, multi-plant food and fermented sources as suggested. HealthPath's approach to affordable testing and balancing gut biota and dietary intake, together truly have made the difference. Nor do I feel could I have sourced a better referred nutritionist, whose guidance and feedback was truly inspirational. Keeping me going all along were HealthPath's outstanding admin team, whose advice and signposting perfectly justified my initial outlay and commitment. Just wish I taken that first step a lot sooner!
