Anchors did not fit my Phonak speaker…
Anchors did not fit my Phonak speaker wire. The hole in the anchor cable through which the speaker wire must go was far too big, with the result that the anchor simply floats around.
This result was sad as the advertisement states specifically that the anchors work with Phonak hearing aids.

Your audiologist may be able to help you find out which size you need, and we can offer support to help ensure you can order the correct size. 1 st class service, I sent an email to advise that my delivery was overdue, the company checked with Royal Mail who could not provide any tracking information so Hearing Aid Accessories sent a repeat order same day by 1st class post which arrived the next day, all at no extra cost to me.
