The Sound Pillow arrived promptly but I have had to follow up with the company itself (who have been super helpful) as I had not realised that the pillow would not work with an iphone or ipad. In addition I do have an old ipod, which could play music on and hear on the pillow, but I was unable to download the sounds needed for tinnitus as the apps weren’t compatible. It would have been helpful if the instructions for use were more clear as I am now having to buy an additional item elsewhere to get this to work for my tinnitus.

Hearing Aid Accessories were very helpful when I purchased a Phonak accessory which turned out to be unsuitable.

As I was new to my replacement hearing aids, I ordered the wrong items. I went to their site and went through, what I thought was, the ChatBot. Wrong, there was a person on the other end. After a short discussion, and a little walkthrough to identify the correct items. They then offered to send me the correct items with a return jiffy bag, free of charge, to return the incorrect items.
Now that's what I call excellent after sales and customer service.

Order my hearing aid accessories 9th July to be delivered within 3 working days I've just been sent an email asking how they did for a review its Friday 23rd of July 16:45 and I still haven't received my order wouldn't trust them, had no communication with them whatsoever absolute disgrace

The pillow is really easy to use and the sound reproduction is very good. The pillow itself is a little soft for my liking and may benefit from having a firmer option. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

I love the Signia streamline. I now can watch tv at low volume (so the neighbors aren’t bothered) and it sounds like I have headphones on. This is the best product!!!! I recommend this for EVERYONE with hearing aids!

THE UNIT ARRIVED PRIOR TO THE ANTICIPATED DATE. I DIDN'T REALIZE IT WAS MADE FOR THE UK, BUT THEY INCLUDED A UNIVERSAL KIT TO FIT USA AND SEVERAL OUTLET TYPES.
IT WAS EASY TO HOOK UP AND THE OPTICS CABLE IS WONDERFUL. THE DIRECTIIONS WERE UNDERSTANDABLE AND I HAD IT TRANSMITTING TO MY OTICON HEARING AIDS IN A FEW MINUTES. IT TOOK LONGER TO MOVE THE TV STAND THAN IT DID TO ACCOMPLISH THE CONNECTION. PAIRING WAS SO SIMPLE THAT I WAS AMAZED.
THE PRICE WAS SIGNIFIANTLY LOWER THAN OCTIGON QUOTED ME.

My husband wanted a tv streamer and we couldn't find it anywhere in the USA. We found them here and the price was great!
