Reliable service, competent plumber. Did not try to bs us into unnecessary purchases.

Turned up on time, boiler working again. Friendly efficient service.

A quick search by me on the internet indicated the diagnosis was incorrect. Charged minimum call out fee (£114) for about 15 mins on site and did a very limited visual inspection.

Another plumber did a temporary repair by reversing a seal. Two weeks later, replaced the faulty seal and auto air vent, and did a full service. Total invoice from the second plumber: £197.

Very quick response to a failed boiler. After offering advice on various options to restart the boiler failed, it became apparent that a visit was necessary. I was told upfront the cost and was visited by Paul that afternoon. The defunct pump was speedily replaced and all is warm once more. I am grateful for the efficient service.

Very good despite much delayed appointment which In fairness had been advised by the office. Once here though he was professional and offered sensible advice for our boiler which did require some further work.

They managed to fix a problem with our old boiler that had eluded other companies and the new one they recommended last year has been brilliant and has improved out heating tremendously.
