I'm only giving 5 stars here as I can't give 6.
I noticed issues with my panels and battery around 15:00. No draw on the battery and no power coming in despite bright sunlight and nothing in the error logs. Fired off an email to EE for support.
Followed up with a call with more info and spoke to Verity who was already replying to my email. She was knowledgeable with a great customer service ethic and guided me step by step to how to resolve the issue and I was back on free electricity by 15:45 Phew!
This support incident was delt with in the most exemplary manner and the best support experience I’ve ever had from a company. (Probably ever TBH)

The human coast
So I'm functional blind and basically live on a fixed in come , I got my first flat in 2018 and moved in, and over time your forces meter system disguised as a benevolent green energy company when really your greed predators of the small guy, I have to pay for my actual electricity to Utilita and you even use that grid to power your surcharge machine , literally use less than 5 gallons of hot water in 5 months and only need my heating in winter because Scotland! , your are green thieves and I want your meter out my flat so I can just pay for my heating normally like everyone else in Britain , enjoy my warm hearing grant I didn't even need to apply for cause I'm that destitute, enjoy not giving me basic hot water and heating while continuing to charge me . I genuinely hope the end of humanity or at least Britan is apon us, and companies like you are the lava feeding off the corpse .

Easy to contact and very helpful over the phone.
We moved into a property with solar panels and needed a hand with taking over. They sent over a lovely engineer called Dug who was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond fixing a connection that was loose without prompting, and re-labelling our fuse box appropriately so we now know which one leads to our battery.
I had no idea how the app was supposed to work and he was very patient with helping us getting it set up.

Professional installation
I have recently had solar panels and a battery installed by EE Renewables (via a Wiltshire Council scheme) and I really am pleased with the price, the smoothness of the process and the professionalism of all the people involved. The scaffolding was done properly with real attention to safety, the battery and inverter were installed so quickly I thought there was something wrong when the person said he was leaving, and the panel installer made it look easy. It was basically done in a day.
October is a month of reduced sunshine but even still I seem to be purchasing hardly any electricity. It is worth getting panels and a battery sooner rather than later.

I have had two battery installations…
I have had two battery installations with EE Renewables and on both occasions have received first class customer service. Communications are timely and clear, the back office is super efficient, and the field teams are professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. Excellent Service.

From start to finish our experience with EE Renewables has been a absolute pleasure. Great care and patience was shown by Olly when drawing up specification, installation by Kurt was absolutely spot on and we are delighted with the design and final installation. The space needed consideration and Olly and Kurt were solution focused and left us with a first class installation. Excellent solar company
Very fast, very efficient. A very competitive price. Installers were polite and knowledgeable and interested in their own products. We haven’t used any grid electricity since the installation so the information on the proposals that they provided were fully accurate. The survey was also accurate in how many panels we could fit. (Which surprisingly, other companies weren’t)

Solar panel and Battery Installation
After a simple and well managed quote, EE Renewables arranged for Dave and Oscar to fit my Solar Panel system, battery and inverter. They were very friendly and professional and explained the whole process and helped me access the Fox App which worked well first time. All work was done within a few hours and they cleaned up afterwards, taking away all the packaging.
I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the whole fitting went and I'm very happy with the service.
