I must commend Paul the engineer who visited my home this morning to fix my malfunctioning boiler for his exceptional knowledge and expertise. Not only was he able to accurately diagnose the issue with my boiler, but he also effectively repaired it in a timely manner. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills were truly impressive, and I felt confident that my boiler was in capable hands throughout the entire repair process.
Paul's professionalism and dedication to his work were evident from the moment he arrived at my home. He conducted himself with a sense of professionalism and courtesy, taking the time to explain the repairs he was making and answering any questions I had about the process. His clear communication and ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner further demonstrated his expertise in the field. Paul was excellent- I was needing a good few new parts and upgrades on my combi boiler, and Paul was able to get everything done in one day over a couple hours . The convenience of having this done so swiftly was greatly appreciated. Very professional and I will without a doubt be using Heatcare South Boiler Service in the future again. Very thorough, great care with installation, came out just before xmas, and very careful to check about potential additional work and whether it was truly needed or not (it wasn’t, saving me £££s). No problems with boiler so far after many months of use, and excellent and approachable customer service for help and advice.

We have been using Heatcare South for many years to service our boiler, which has finally come to the end of its life. Paul organised the replacement of the boiler and pump etc including a full system flush. The work was carried out very efficiently by Ben with all rubbish cleared and the system fully tested and running in a couple of days. I would highly recommend this company and have already booked a service for the new boiler next year.

Was recommended Heatcare South by a neighbour of mine when our old boiler had been condemned by the gas board. Paul came round had the parts on his fan and fixed the issue when I had been told the parts were obsolete. A life saver would definitely use again.

Called Heat Care South to fix our old boiler which had stopped working. After a few hours and a cost of £400, the boiler was again working. We were offered to replace a couple of parts that were damaged. We assumed that after having worked on our boiler, Paul would know the work required to replace the parts and went ahead. That was a big mistake! He came back and after some time and several calls to the manufacturer, we were told that he could not replace the parts as it would involve removing other parts to have access to the broken parts; however, we were charged another £156. For someone with 40 years’ experience and having already worked on our boiler a few weeks before, this additional cost could have been avoided. We are not happy at all!

Paul has been servicing my boiler for twenty years. Couldn’t manage without him. Totally trustworthy and a brilliant engineer!

Great service from Hollie in the office who responded to my enqiry and kept me updated on my appointment. Paul came out and serviced my 15yr old boiler. It was leaking CO and he showed me the readings. He was able to repair whilst out and did a tidy and efficient job. Would recommend and use services again.

Paul came out to see my 20 year old Potterton boiler and had excellent knowledge and was able to fix it within the allocated hour call out. He was really professional and great communication both from him and Holly his booking agent. Very fair prices and would highly recommend.
