Luke and ky installed out boiler above and beyond help and service

I really happy with all the work that was done at my property it was a little over whelming but everything was done in the time frame that was set out a few small teethings problems but that was ironed out really quickly and I couldn’t fault any of the work done everyone was respectful and considerate

A huge thank you to Curtis and the boys today, with fitting our new boiler and new valves on our radiators. The boys are very well mannered, very tidy and polite. Very happy with the service of work.

Jimmy and Adam came to install my boiler today and they was very well clean working very efficient and professional and got it all done in record time

Adam & Jimmy did a lovely job well satisfied with their work. They worked very hard and constant. A very likeable pair who were sociable and polite and cleared up after the job. I would recommend them highly.

Well organised explained everything all done in one day which was great two guys came Adam and jimmy and they was very helpful

Very helpful, especially zoe, dealt with our query very quick. Also the gentlemen called Max who dealt with the upgrade via whatsapp extremely friendly and gave us a good service. In general very happy

Once our grant was approved the new boiler work was booked the same week. Brent and Tom were here bright and early and cracked on right away. I honestly don’t think two nicer more hard working guys could have been sent. Absolute pleasure to have them

Very hard-working team,led by Muhammad Idrees who as the only English speaker among them kept me informed along the way. Managed to get the radiators and a new boiler installed in one day not the two days they had expected, working until 9 pm.
Also thanks to Zoe who answered my email with a phone call after I had a query.

Adam & Jimmy were amazing. Fantastic job from start to finish. Great communication, considerate in everything they did. My Mum is 94 & they was very polite & kind. Explained everything they were doing to me. Overall Fantastic service, can't recommend them enough.

Applied for a grant within a week Jim and Adam arrived installed a new boiler and radiators absolutely fantastic couldn’t fault them. So pleased with them both there work ethic second to none. Highly recommended

Jimmy &Adam , came into my home to install a new boiler & TRVs they introduced themselves explained in detail everything , both were extremely polite & friendly & did a excellent job , it was a pleasure to have these two guys into my home , I give them 10/10 for working non stop , & did a fantastic job , thankyou 😀

Heatzen have been very good to deal with. Both the new boiler installation and the installation of the new insulation & related ventilation were completed effectively. There was some additional work that had to be carried out a month later i.e. a fault had to be corrected. This was done quickly. Zoe at Heatzen was very professional and polite in her communication and was committed to making sure that all the work was completed as soon as possible.

I would love to leave my feedback and highly recommend to everybody please use the service from HEATZEN and PROXIMUS for your new boiler as I had the best experience with Heatzen from the first conversation with Mr. Max Cruise then Mr. Ali came on site to our house since then my life from dark and cold with no heating and hot water turn us to see all bright light at the end of the tunnel in no time at all.
Mr. Max Cruise and the very kind lady officer Zoe had been so kind to me at all times so sweet and lovely personality everytime I report problem to her office with great help from Mr. Max Cruise mainly.
Afterwards thank to Mr. Salvator whom solve all our problem and leave me and my little girl in the warm house with heating and hot water such the wonderful service to our little grandaughter whom lost her daddy but HEATZEN so kind to give us the warmest hurt from everyone at HEATZEN and PROXIMUS I will remember all of you in my pray every night forever in my life xxxx Best wishes for everyone whom working for HEATZEN xxx

Curtis team were fantastic would highly recommend, smooth sailing the whole way through would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about getting this done
