Great guys! They have done a really good job of replacing the boiler and the piping. Luke has carried out the entire job in an efficient manner with least interruption.

Heatzen quickly organised a survey for the ECO4 grant. Installation of Insulation, ventilation, boiler, controls and thermostatic radiator valves was completed over 2 days with minimal disruption. Special mention to Luke and Ky on the boiler side of things.

Just recently got my boiler grant, what an amazing team that dealt with my claim, right from the first phone call with Anna who was very helpful and quick to respond to my calls/emails, she continued the support all the way till after my boiler was installed. Adeel was lovely and Ali took care of everything after making sure all central heating was working properly as there was an issue with one of the heaters, he had it sorted within a day. The lads that did the installation, Carl, Jack and Tom were very understanding with my working hours and having to nip out whilst they completed my job, they tidied up after themselves and did a very neat job. Definitely an amazing team and highly recommended.

What a fabulous bunch of guys! Muhammad Idrees is a perfectionist and listens to what the customer wants. These guys work so hard - they are polite, friendly and focussed on getting the job done. I couldn't be happier - great job guys!

Mohammed and his team installed my boiler, it was an amazing experience with them. Very polite and professional.

Brilliant work from start to finish for my elderly Mum, who had no hot water or heating for nearly 3 weeks when our 25 year old Boiler finally clapped out & other Companies wanted the ECP certificate before proceeding which we did not have, so well done Heatzen in sorting very quickly.

From the 3 lovely chaps who gave up their Saturday to do the insulation & vents to the 2 days spent by Luke & Ky (Elite Plumbing & Heating Solutions) to fit the new Boiler system & some Rads & trv's -- A job well done & a very happy Mum :)
