Purchased Helicon Professional Chronograph - Stratos Light Blue
Ordered and delivered within two days. Striking looking watch that gets noticed. Impressed that I got personal note of thanks from Danielle & Jonathan (founders of Helicon)❤️that there is a limited supply making it unique and you get a certificate as proof. ❤️the facility to purchase an alternative NATO strap and that the original strap is easily removed. If Helicon made a watch that I liked I would not hesitate to buy again. Proper customer service by a proper company👍

Brilliant to deal with and lovely watches..
As soon as I saw the Helicon Professional Chronograph with the mustard dial, I placed an order.
The order process on the site is quick and simple with great (accurate) photos of the watches and plenty of info on specs and about the brand itself.
The watch is fantastic and I'm absolutely delighted. So many small touches and extra details with everything from the packaging to the watch itself puts many of the big name brands to shame.
Jonathan has been a pleasure to chat with and clearly extremely passionate about watches and the brand.
As a watch enthusiast I'd happily recommend The Helicon Watch Company and am looking forward to dealing with them again in the future. As a family run company they have plenty to be proud of.

Fantasic value and quality
Placed my order on Saturday evening, and my watch arrived first thing Wednesday morning. A great watch beautifully executed and finished at a bargain price. The watch looks lovely in a beautiful sky blue, the sub dials are easy to read, the hands are legible and the lume seems excellent. The baton markers seem to be made of solid lume so should give good use at night. The bi-directional timing bezel is smooth and buttery and works really well. Overall I'm exceptionally happy with this watch and I would definitely consider buying more Helicon watches

Fantastic, much admired Chronograph
My latest Helicon watch is the Ion Yellow Chronograph and as with every one of their watches, it looks fantastic ( sceptical about the yellow as first ..I was very wrong .. it looks amazing and I have had many very positive comments ) is really well made and you won’t get better customer service than Jonathan and Danielle always achieve .

Came across Helicon watches by chance,so glad I did,after doing a bit of research about them I decided to take the plunge & ordered the beautiful Ion Yellow chronograph it looks even better than the photos on the website, it's a well built fantastic quality watch, wish I came across Helicon before,I would've definitely got myself the dive watch but never mind I'm sure the next model will be a superb watch too, delivery was super fast with next day delivery & tracking updates, will not hesitate to buy from Helicon again, thanks for the great service!

I dealt with Helicon customer service…
I dealt with Helicon customer service while choosing a new watch. I was attracted to the chronograph, but while deep diving the company I discovered their DiveMaster 62.
As they were apparently out of stock I picked up a great example on the used market but came straight back for replacement straps in different colours.
This is a watch company that delivers fantastic personal service and I love my (nearly) new DiveMaster. I will be keeping an eye on their future releases for sure.

Fantastic watches, only beaten by their customer service!
The Helicon Master 62 is the very first watch I have bought two models of simply for the dial colours (Blue Hour & Lichen). The attention to detail lavished on their watches is only bettered by Johnathan & Danielle’s attention to their customers (well, “community” would be a much better word to use).
When you buy a Helicon watch you are investing emotionally as much as financially, in a wonderful pair of watch enthusiasts as much as you are in the watch itself. Why anybody would choose to buy a generic, mass-produced, bland label of a watch over something that has been born of thought, love, care, and craft is beyond me. They actively choose to employ the expertise and services of independent, UK-based companies in their printing, packaging, alongside the watch assembly - they select to feed the money for the watches into families’ pockets rather than swell the coffers of multinational profiteers.
The watches are incredible value-for-money (I have the 2 Master models and a Project MUSTARD) and Johnathan & Danielle are wonderful, engaging, friendly people (with a genuine enthusiasm for watches and those who enjoy them).
I don’t know anyone who has bought a Helicon piece that has not fallen in love with it. I heartily recommend them and am encourage anyone even considering one not to hesitate for a second.
I eagerly await their NEXT project!

Bespoke, high quality classic watch
Opted in to a limited edition (50) bespoke watch for police officers who have been on armed protection group teams. Attractive price for what is a very tasty, classic chronometer with a decent movement fully assembled, tested and personalised in the UK by a small UK business. The back is beautifully engraved and personalised with one of the more famous protection sites and our service shoulder numbers. The face is discretely personalised in a manner that ‘if you know, you know’. We even had a handover presentation at one of the security sites. Wear it most days and it’s every bit as classy as a watch ten times the price. I have a Tag and an Omega and definitely rate this one very highly too. Very, very happy customer and already canvassing colleagues from another specialism to see if we can get another special commission off the ground.
