Had an appointment and was given medication options, I took some time to research the drugs and gather data on what medication to proceed with. I then messaged back and the physician now wants me to do an appointment all over again which means I have to be charge again. I already was charged for appointment and was given medication options. I should not have to visit physician again. There has been no changes in my medical history. No need to see physician again.

I’ve been with hello alpha for 2.5…
I’ve been with hello alpha for 2.5 years on glp-1 medication. During that’s time one provider was prescribing me 90 days of medicine and I would see them like every 3 weeks. So my medicine had build up and I had extra refills at the pharmacy. So around May of 2024 I decided to just continue refilling my prescriptions and not visit with a provider so I wouldn’t have a monthly fee. So I came back that November and had labs ready to show them. All of a sudden my A1C was too low and they took me from 15mg to 5mg because they haven’t had any contact with me. So I’m not happy about this but hey I built a relationship with this telehealth company so I just have to build my way back up right? So during my 3 months on 5mg I ask for an increase I kept getting denied and then saying my A1C was too low. My PCP where I go in for office visits didn’t have a problem with my labs and mind you my A1C has been as high as 12. They have all the labs paperwork and my A1C has been 4.5 on average for the last 1.5 years. Soo now I’m out of medicine I’ve gained 20lbs and they feel like I need to try metformin. That does not work for me either. I’ve wasted time and money and I felt like this was my online provider for these meds. There is no doctors you can have conversation with only nurse practitioners and they follow one another’s remark. I’ve tried to find ways to speak to a higher authority but no luck. I don’t recommend you using the online service for long term. Maybe to get started but follow up with a physical provider who can keep up with your progress. I have to look for another provider because recently I’ve changed insurance and my old pcp doesn’t except it. So I’m doomed.and the support thread doesn’t work. They still have the last say. You can not talk to anyone but the nurse practitioners. No help whatsoever. I’ve emailed customer service and no respond. I asked how to file a complaint and no respond either.

What a waste of time and money and…
What a waste of time and money and effort. Don’t bother unless you are clinically obese. They should say that up front, but of course don’t until they have your monthly plan setup and $85 or $89 or whatever it was I flushed down the drain. I entered all my personal info, medical records, pictures, blood work, etc, setup a payment plan, etc. then the nurse helpfully explains that I am not fat enough at 162 lbs and I should consider working out an hour a day 7 days a week. Click.
Nice. Now I’m getting their marketing. RUN!

I have used Alpha for almost 3 years. They are awesome. They helped me with PA for GLP-1 medication. I have lost so much weight. Now my insurance won’t cover but I will definitely be switching to their compound medication. I recommend 100%.

I called Amazon an was told that they did not offer this service for skincare and was referred to them. They have no phone support and it takes them about 24 hours to anwser any messages and I have not been seen by the provider only messaged 2 times. Would I recommend them no. Did my issue get resolved or a plan put together no. Don't waste your time because you will not receive the service that you pd. For however you will receive 64.99 a month til you cancel to message a provider supposably that doesn't do anything. If I could give a 0 stars I would. I can't even get my money back.
